- If you're feeling a little stressed out then you need to take a few minutes and have some fun in your own body. This sassy routine is called "Mambo Queen" and I guarantee that it'll make you smile and help you de-stress. Even if you just watch it, you're going to feel great. And that's how you should feel anytime you exercise. You're supposed to feel good. You're supposed to smile... and you're supposed to have fun! That's what Body Groove is all about. So join me!
"Do you know how important it is to have fun in your own body?" As someone who tends to be kind of reserved and super conscientious (I was 5"9 at the age of 12, and topped out at 6 feet), I really needed to hear this. ^_^

My body aches from a combination of being tall & getting older (6'4" & 49years old) I seen the video on Facebook and thought 💭 I can do that! I danced along to a couple of videos for the first time last night....I was worn out after....I actually got the best sleep I had in a long time. I just now subscribed to your channel on RUclips & finished through 2 more videos....I love it! So much fun. Never thought I would be able to move like that again, but here I am....doing it! And feeling good!

Girlllllll.... I been exercising all my life basketball,tennis,rollerskating, yoga,kickboxing,spinning, but a couple of yrs ago i had noticed no change cuz i stop having fun. Well not anymore your videos have brought that back this one makes me think im in a 1960s musical movie and I love it ❤ is pumpimg im sweating and the best I dont want to stop.😜😉

wow, I really love ur body groove and enjoy trying to do the other video but to much for me still,i used to dance everywhere to anything,i believe in living life to the fullest.thank u for bring some rhythm.i could only do a min at a time,i thought that my enjoying this is gone,i was lost in my pain after a accident
