I'd love to see more follow-along workout focus on a specific dance genre. I think it is a nice compromise between your fast-paced dance workout featuring a variety of dance genres and dance routine which covers more steps but doesn't have enough repetition. Both of them can be overwhelming for dance-challenged people like me.

Loved this video! I enjoy dancing much more than exercise, so this is exactly what I need to motivate me to get off the sofa. I look forward to the day I can follow every step without faltering, then move on to other dance steps. I wonder if these steps are the actual dance steps, so if I go out on a dance floor and they play a rumba, I'll look like I know what I'm doing!

Pathetic as it might seem, I’ve had to turn the speed down by 25%, it will only probably be the same when I practice it next but, should be away then at full speed.
