The "rehersal" was filmed months after the performance because one of the members had a surgery and had to recover so he couldn't participate during the song was newly released and they waited for him to recover to shoot the choreo video
It’s so smart because the song is called 24h, and there’s 13 members, so when they’re on the floor 12 members and the hours on the clock and the person standing is the pointer. 🤯
The camera angles for that performance were genuis bc there was actually a member missing and a backup dancer took his place! So the cameraman did a really good job bc you hardly notice and they put ‘the fancy lighting’ when it was his turn in the middle😂 During 24h promotions Seungkwan just had a surgery for his ankle

Actually they didn't choreographed ALL by their own, obviously 'cause their main job is still Idol, they worked with their co-choreographer to create this masterpiece. BTW thanks for your reaction, I really appreciate the details you have pointed out.
Yes, people sometimes go a little extra with self-produced artists 😅😅 I mean, let's give credit to the whole crew that worked with them for certain comeback!!
Yes, we should still be very proud and announce their participation, but without erasing the work of their professional choreographers.
What we should proud that they always learn new choreo and they always adding this and that if they think the dance too hard or too slow. And they learn with several choreographer team, as we know Same Team, Boss Team and Jemma Lee Team, and many more. So yeah, Its means SVT is best performance, they not just learn from 1 teacher, but from several teachers to get iconic and masterpiece performance. But still SVT who decide the concept of the dance according to their song.

this is a very weird view point bc they are self produced 100%. They have that title bc they are involved in every single part of their creative process, the choreographer that works with them was initially supposed to be their choreographer but he’s not involved in every choreo, half of the choreos are COMPLETELY made by the performances team and then some of them they work with a choreographer or their dancers etc. for example flower is 100% choreographed by Dino alone when he was only 19 years old, their debut track adore yo ? Yeah Woozi completely produced and wrote the song and Hoshi made the entire choreography by himself at 19 years old, vs like a song like spider where hoshi worked with the dance team and credited them as co makers of the choreography. It simply depends on the song, cuz a majority of the are only hoshi or only performance unit while the rest are made in collaboration with other choreographers.
idk if anyone mentioned it yet but everything they put in their choreography, formations, etc. are intentional. they invest so much in their choreos that whatever we see in them has a purpose. it's actually not the first time they had a formation that isn't (idk how to call it) balanced (?) symmetrical (?) if you look closely at the one you pointed out, none of the pairs are actually in line with each other. thank you for reacting to seventeen. i hope you react to more of their choreos. have a great day!

Hi I love your reactions!! I just wanted to mention the "misalignment" you pointed out is actually done on purpose. If you go back to that part you'll notice every pair is on a different line
And It also creates a diagonal line with the first couple in the back. Seventeen would never do such a gross error!

They add that dramatic lighting during those parts cause one member(Seungkwan) was injured and couldnt participate in the performances. They filmed the choreography video around 2 months(?) after the comeback because they waited for the member to get better.

I'm pretty sure he was reading the name in the chat (this was streamed live) cause carats were answering after he'd mentioned Jun earlier. But yeah it's great for him to learn as many members as possible, I have a feeling svt's gonna be on his channel a lot:))

At 15:20 it's on purpose that they're not in Line. Each of the clock-figures are two people and the next figure starts where the previous one ends. The difference is not as obvious in the back but it's there too.
Seventeen does not make formation mistakes in dance rehearsal videos.

What I should proud about SVT, they always learn to new style of dance, and works with several choreographer teams. They always learn and learn to give all their performance being masterpiece like we know them today.
24H choreography is truly an ingenious work of art! It is well thought and expressive. ✨ To mention a few examples, just like their other Japanese single, "Fallin' Flower" the dance is incorporated with flower formations as well. It's just so aesthetic and heartwarming to watch. 🌸 "Thanks" is also another masterpiece. Its dance moves use sign-language that even CARATs who are disabled can come through it's meaning. Seventeen's Performance Team Leader, Hoshi thought of this. 🥺💗
Overall, I think this is what sets Seveneteen's choreography apart from other KPOP acts. It's the fact they have the freedom to choreograph their own dance; allowing them to incorporate their creativity and vision through their performances. Moreover, they utilize their group number well which enables them to form complex formations and project a theater-like appearance on stage. This makes their execution more entertaining and not something that one can easily get tired of watching. 😌👌
SEVENTEEN isn't bounded by the norms/expectations of the industry. What they produce and perform is because of their OWN TALENT and INGENUITY. 💖

Just 12 of them are in the performance that u see. Seungkwan (one of the main vocalist) was hurt so he doesn''t be part of some of the performances of 24 hours. When the light turns red means that it's his verse and center part

but if you notice they are moving counter clockwise they wanted to go back to the past to stay longer with their loved one but as time goes by they started to go clockwise as they realized they can’t turn back time (based on the lyrics) 🥺🥺

Finally, Was able to watch it. And what I'm really happy, (aside from the reactions), is the fact that it is full. There's no cut for phase 3. Btw, you really are good in dissecting the little details that normal watcher cannot see. Also, the one you pointed in the choreography analysis, the one who's like b-boy, is The8. He is the one in the Home;run ending part. And I think you are confused with The8 and Jun? Hahahaha~ The last one you emphasize with the wardrobe and fist thing at the end is Jun. The8 and Jun is Chinese and they do martial arts. Thanks for this reaction!! Excited for moreeee!! Will be waiting..

I love your description and opinion. It's nice to see how you enjoy and at the same time speaks of the things that they do
it may bother you but there's no location "issue", everything about the angles is intentional! none of them in front nor back are aligned on purpose, they wouldn't have uploaded a video with mistakes i assure you; they are professionals 😂 (it's the same in the performance video bc...that's the choreo)

Yeahhh, i enjoyed your reaction & analysis! And glad u liked another choreo from them 😁 Since you said how on message their choreo is, which is very true they love to tell the story through their choreo and i think it's just so special that way 😍 it's because they contribute the idea or create the choreo themselves (but they do that less now because of how busy they are so it's mainly contributing ideas now).

One of the members (Seungkwan) was injured and had to have surgery, so when they filmed this they had a back up dancer take his place (if you know the members you can pick him out, but he does so well blinding in). They used lighting to hide when it was supposed to be him singing, since it was actually the back up dancer there instead. This is the same member who left during Home;run.

Thank you for your reaction and analysis. I'm part of the fandom Carat and I understand the part where you pointed out in the choreography video where they seem to be unparalleled with one another. But if it's there in the choreo, it's because it's meant to be there.. haha, but personally, I also don't know why, maybe there's significance in the lyrics, I'm not sure. But even on live performance, the choreo placement/ positioning is exactly like that. The best possibility that I came up is, maybe they're wanting to contrast the whole choreo being symmetrical so they intentionally made it like that? What do you think? hehe.. thanks again and more power to your channel Kababayan!

Slightly bummed that you didn't react to an actual live performance, but it's understandable since they tend to invite copyright strikes :'). This is also admittedly the cleanest performance video for 24H. Live performances are great, but yeah, the camera sometimes focus on entirely unnecessary things, so I get it. Sad that you didn't get to hear their voices live, though. They sound awesome despite the difficult choreo!! Loved your insight on this vid. I hope you will react to more of them in the future! My personal favorites are Home, Thanks, Don't Wanna Cry, Mansae, Fearless, Good to Me, Oh My, and Falling Flower. But really, SVT has such good discography that my top 10 fav songs keep changing depending on my mood XDD
