I just tried the Mayans against Moderate AI and holy crap, it was easily the best game I've played with a first-time civ! Will keep them in mind! Thank you!
Mayans are amazing ^^ If you like Archer civs, you can also give Ethiopians a try. Got smoked by this guy playing as them haha
Always put 5 on gold if you're opening archers, 3 is not enough to sustain archers
4 is enough for continual 1 archer range production. But yes, this build is no good. I’ve completely changed how I do it now.
