I've seen this place pop up on Doordash. That chicken sandwich is 12 bucks. Two legs and a thigh are 16. KFC introduced me to Nashville hot chicken at a third of the price. No this isn't a plug for kfc, just saying it managed to both taste fantastic and is cheaper. So what the heck is Budlong putting on that chicken that justifies charging triple the cost?
I was looking so forward to this meal. I had it delivered. I got it and couldn’t wait. I cut into it and it was not completely cooked. It bled in the plate. I was so upset. I’d still like to try it, but I’m afraid.

I used to work there, the chicken they use is extremely high quality. Plus all the ingredients are made in house.
