    "BEGINNER" where? All I did was WATCH and I am EXHAUSTED! I am going to give this a go but already know I will need to work up to this full 45min. I love the routine though. Excited to give this a go as I am looking to tone up through bodyweight training.

    I'm not moving to level 2 for a while. Day 2 of level 1 and it was worse that day 1. Will be on this level for a full month. Happy training. I love her homour, it keeps me going

    Your humor is mountain level,anyone can train with you,side planks so difficult but I still did them on my knees 🎉🎉🎉🎉thanks

    This workout will be in rotation for the next 3 weeks! Not needing to modify is my goal. I have a bulging disk in my back so some movements cause pain. Hoping this workout will help it. Thank you so much!

      I have a bulging disc in my low. Working out can be a challenge plus I have a bad knee. 🤦🏾‍♀️

    I will check out your mobility classes.
    I usually train with Heather Robertson, and do Animal Flow and Yoga with Adrienne + Boho Beautiful.
    I love the speed and intensity in this class, even though I couldn't keep up with you all the time.

    The warm-up ALONE was SOOOOO nice & made my pain so much better! I suffer severe fibromyalgia & osteoarthritis among others, & I was so stiff when I stood up to begin. I am still sore from my leg workout yesterday, but I subbed. Appreciate this beautiful content and I want to encourage those who feel they "can't". Adapt the moves, the pacing or whatever else you need to suit YOUR body's needs, as long as it serves your good health well-being ❤

    Not easy sweating so much but loved the different style. All the hiit workouts do nothing for me so I have started weight training and when home I am doing this!! 👏

    I did this workout today. Rebecca's workouts are on another level...her HIIT workout left me sore for days. I anticipate this one will make me sore by tomorrow morning too. She's pretty hardcore, just like her form.

    I hello Rebeca and thank you to motivate me with your athletics movements!Im 64 but play with plesure. This is the third time I play your exercise and now is much more easy.My pulls went to 128 ;) Ther are some exersise which are hard for me at 29: 18 min you made but I help myself with the other arm. Also at 32: 54 min this pushing with very open arms ... but I will do this hard exercises separetly.I will go to the next level!
