I'm not moving to level 2 for a while. Day 2 of level 1 and it was worse that day 1. Will be on this level for a full month. Happy training. I love her homour, it keeps me going

The warm-up ALONE was SOOOOO nice & made my pain so much better! I suffer severe fibromyalgia & osteoarthritis among others, & I was so stiff when I stood up to begin. I am still sore from my leg workout yesterday, but I subbed. Appreciate this beautiful content and I want to encourage those who feel they "can't". Adapt the moves, the pacing or whatever else you need to suit YOUR body's needs, as long as it serves your good health well-being ❤

This is the third time I play your exercise and now is much more easy.My pulls went to 128 ;) Ther are some exersise which are hard for me at 29: 18 min you made but I help myself with the other arm. Also at 32: 54 min this pushing with very open arms ... but I will do this hard exercises separetly.I will go to the next level!
