One, sketching isn't supposed to be pretty. It's like thumbnails, they're just supposed to get the concept down. Two, if you don't like sketching or is afraid to, doodle. Just doodle out a thought.
People living their life differently than you isnt cringe. Use pocket notebooks in whatever way you want or need. I use mine to help remember things my ADHD makes me forget. That doesn't make me any better or worse than people who use it to be mindful or record happy moments.

Both are good as well as sketches too. I love jotting down treasured moments. I can do it quickly. Great video 😊
