    Love all of the different types of processing you used on the low end. The “exploration journey” you shared is a fun, meaningful way to get the sound you’re looking for!

    This is the first I've heard of this series and the first video I've watched. Love the overall approach to the mixing process and after hearing the the track at the end... OMG!!! There's some serious isht going in there. I'm now exploring further tutorials to see/hear how that was achieved. Awesome🔥

      @@TheSteelDialga There is some (I can't hear it a lot in my beyerdynamics tho I agree) not a lot but Its really well balanced, meaning in the mastering phase you can blossom the low end without problem :)

    42:30 The flanging on the spacy harmonized bass seems to be overkill until the EQ and compression give the swept frequencies a vocal, melodic sound. Cool!
    BTW, I bought my A/DA Flanger in 1979 and sold it about 10 years later when flanging was out. Big mistake.

    I enjoyed what you did, and thanks for sharing your great knowledge... My only concern is that you listened to the bass and drums solo so much without taking into account how distortions and higher frequency tones, etc might fit with guitar, keys, vocal tracks, etc...

    This is so fantastic. I have a question though... when the sub bass is by itself, why would you have its volume that low in the mix? I'm not sure I understand the why of that. THANK YOU for these incredibly informative videos

    I love these episodes and Enrique is very talented. My only beef is why are people so much in to their tribes instead of simply being a human? Why be Enrrrrrrriqqqque while you can simply be Enrique, it's the only cringe part. Just be you man, your cultur does not define you and culture is not your friend, duh, a talent like this guy spose to get over this basic step already. Anyway, aside from the cringe part great knowledgeable talent Enrrrrrrriqqqque is.

    • @bguilleminot
      @bguilleminot Год назад +4

      I think it's most of a joke without a full intentional meaning, but if it has a meaning, it might be hard to understand if you don't come frome a conquered/invaded culture as we latin american people are.

    • @bakedcreations8985
      @bakedcreations8985 Год назад

      @@bguilleminot dude, I'm in the same boat as Enrrrrrrriqqqque. I just don't value tribe games, it's a losers game, always. Specially when the whole world is burning with tribe fever. I expect and hope that creative persons like Enrique is above all that noise. Put a compressor on it with zero exciter I say.

    • @tonal.states
      @tonal.states Год назад +3

      It's just a fun way of saying anything, relax. I don't think he did it to mean anything, rolling R's are so normal here it just rolls of so naturally it's probably just for fun and the Enrrrrique Müllerrrr gives the whole sentence (or name) personality, think of Frankenstein's doctor saying it since he also seems to be a horror fan and it's just an old trope. But It's so minimal compared to everything else ha who cares, why should you? Also all this might be a stretch because I don't know the guy (neither do you btw) so why assume so much from something so meaningless. You sound like you're screaming at a cloud...

    • @bakedcreations8985
      @bakedcreations8985 Год назад

      @@tonal.states The world is burning because of tribalism and you think that me calling for taking a step back from tribalism is equal to me screaming at clouds. You are part of the problem ugh, I've puked in my mouth a little.

      Enrique's personality is an expander with lot of exciters. You can't tone him down. I mean, this is my first video and I'm already getting that vibe.
