Thanks for sharing your story-I very much relate to everything that you've said💕It's bloody hard work and such a challenge. Like yourself I understand the background of what I'm experiencing but even knowing that doesn't seem to alleviate the feelings-which is soo frustrating
Anxiety can be really crippling. Edited to add that you can fix it. Life is not cured, it is managed. I am writing this as someone who also wrestles the anxiety monster. Check out Dr Phil McGraw's books. Discovering him was a huge help.
@@Riding_roxy I recommend 'Self Matters' and recommend reading it in bite size pieces so as to not get overwhelmed. The book is a bit wordy and didn't need to be so hefty.
Listening to your story it sounds so much like something my sister was going through. It’s not nice and I am so sorry for you going through this. It’s great that you are talking about anxiety and what you are going through even now. Well I love you and think you are so worthy 💕 amazing to hear James is so supportive. I love your videos and you are a pleasure to watch. Thinking of you xx

So frustrating, I’m hoping one day something will work long term but for now I’ve just got to ride the wave
@@Riding_roxy same here, just got to keep pushing on💪
I have severe emetophobia and I can totally relate to all of this ❤
It’s awful isn’t it, make you worried about having kids and stuff with potential morning sickness etc! Effects you in more ways than people think
@@Riding_roxy yep nightmare. Do you find if effects your riding ect
Only with jumping really, because when I get nervous I feel nauseous so it stops me from pushing myself more than I’d like to really

Thank you, I’ll give them a look! I don’t know if this was a bad time to make this video as I’m very deep in it currently
