    Space does give you peace for sure. Also, I like your idea about how to use cardboard boxes. My problem with that is I can't even think of the last time I bought something online so there really isn't much cardboard here. My rule is if what I need can only be found on Amazon, I just won't buy it. I only buy needs, never wants. I shop only locally and support my community.

    I agree on point that minimizing is more important, and superior to organizing. But personally i like to intentionally buy specifically sized box/container for specific cabinet, for me cardboards looks like unnecessary stuff, and not pleasing to look at ;)

    Well professional organizers first declutter and then organize. I like to decorate my space with things of daily use which is also practical. For me a labelmaker is essential for that cuz you need simplicity with containers like jars or boxes to do so. Labels also make finding things easier for other people in your household. I also like to deprive myself of a thing I think I need until it really gets on my nerves. With that I make sure that I really need something.
