@@SierraSchottsTours Yes indeed :) Im familiar with all that area.. I ran a logistics business & had so many Movie, TV celebrities as customer accounts.. I made friends with a few due to the fact that they used our services from a simple letter to delivering vehicles worth more than half a million dollars. Thousand Oaks but most of known celebs live in Westlake Village :) very nice & clean love the year round temperatures, malibu is not far either.. I rode horses few years ago on a ranch before getting up to malibu coming from Westlake... Really nice & peaceful not so much traffic & very few people that actually work & live near. I love Westlake lol.... I met William Smith before he sold his private estate in Westlake... Next to him on top of huge hill was a home 5 times bigger than William Smiths house that belonged to the creator of Mcintosh....

The video was great by saifi the starting shoots were brilliant and the sound effects! The outakes at last was awesome too😂😂😂, and that bathroom saifi showed it like a Tony Stark Bathroom😂. The only thing was that cutscenes showed like most of the house, show just a little bit of that and leave rest for us to find out and that cutscene before the kitchen should have been after the kitchen that would be great in flow! Although the video was greattttt! And seirra with god speed outro 😂 with her name and re max😂😂😂

Hi, very nice tour. (after reading this comment afterwards, you probably can take this as a review of your whole chanel and other videos :) ) Gotta say, you can tell you really work on quality of your videos. Production and also your coop with camera man (Safi, shout out great work) gets better every time, you kinda get a bit of a lee way I guess since you are a new chanel, but you sure as hell can get it right in the future (not Enes level soon, but maybe someday). I, as a non-native speaker, appreciate certain details and fun facts you go through the video and explain things (e.g. stuff about the neighbourhood or backyard and yout personal opinion about rooms). Have to say, not a fan of the part with the kitchen. Not all of it just the jump from living room to kitchen. Was expecting a seemless flow of a review from the family room to the kitchen with the b-rolls coming later in the video. Like, the general flow of the video could get better and more stable. But I'm sure it will come in the future videos. What I really liked about this video was the intro. Very simple yet professional. Big plus on my side. Things like these I appreciate the most. Also, as I mentioned I'm not a native speaker, so not sure if it will translate very well, but I really like your spontaneousness in front of the camera. It's not all stuck up professionalism you see in many videos on YT. It's kind of nice to be able to relate to some stuff you actually say there. Thats's pretty much it, sorry for a longer comment. Have a lot of time on my hands these days. Have to say you got yourself a fan and a subscriber. Greetings from Slovakia.

This house is really great for the price point, like you have everything, couple of bedrooms, office space, boat dock and its on a huge lot, a lotttt of open space would really make that pool house a painting room for my girlfriend she would love that because of that tranquility and those awesome great views! The only thing this house is missing is a pool, maybe thats why it is priced so good, it would easily sell for 5,200,000-5,250,000 but building a pool is not cheap if the developer build a pool this house could be worth well over 6 mil just because of the pool, still a great house, really good if you have a dog cause it has lot of space!
We noticed that too! Can you image the sunsets 🌅 you would get next to your potential painting room?! There are plans for a pool for this house 🏡. It is definitely possible to put one in there.

Its good that we can build a pool, just that it would take time and construction of it would not be soo great but as the furniture would not be included the owner would hire a interior designer to have their furniture and in that time the pool could be built as the owner wont be staying until the furniture is arrived! Actually clever if you think🤔
