You take ten steps into the house and suddenly it's night time :) That vaulted ceiling in the master with the slats is for sound deadening :) Quite nice house for what seems like a somewhat moderate price.

Not sure the reason for a full bathroom w/shower in the den area as a shower seems a bit excessive. :) I do like the dark features throughout the home. The back yard's layout seemed a little funky to me, but ....maybe that's just me. :) You do a great job of presenting. Rehearsed a bit, sure. But you make it flow so naturally. Great camera work as per usual so no complaints there. :) I still wish you'd show a luxury condo from time to time for us single people who don't want or need all that space. :)

Usually, staging is just temporary. However, anything is negotiable.
