I love your meticulous review of the features of the houses you present. Despite them being for wealthy clients, nevertheless it strikes me how many things that you point out - clever uses of space, remembering to create nooks, consistency with design features, and bringing the outdoors and natural lighting inside - these are all things that can be done to enhance houses with much more modest budgets. Some Spanish bungalow was probably lost to build that house but it is beautiful. They have similar homes being built behind the Pacific Design Center. You are so down to earth and funny. It’s refreshing. Great job showing the home. It was fun to watch.

What's with the spaceship camera work, Safi? this is not star wars :) jk. Very nice house. Clearly higher end ambitious interior. Very tall ceilings, the tall recessed skirting boards give a pencil line gap, by the ceiling too. Fine lines can give a sophisticated appearance, same with subtle contrast in the floor. Thin lines in the nero dorato marble in the master bath as well. Tall clean walls, monolithic block steps, the classy easy oak floors, contrast black windows. The all important hidden door hinges :) It's a relatively simple recipe but it works. The tall walls, windows and doors gives it a majestic air, almost like ancient egyptian temples. I think some call it museum like in a pejorative sense but it doesn't feel too big to me. Just nice elegant open space. Just the tall doors probably define the experience of the house a lot and it's easy to do.
I enjoy your comments very much. Very well written and detailed. I appreciate it. Safi is always trying to change things up so you guys don’t get the same repetitive content. He also wants to be creative so it doesn’t become a mundane process for him. Thank you again for taking the time to comment and supporting us.

I'm new to this Channel. I have got into watching these types of channels, especially since I've been stuck in lockdown during the pandemic. This is another great channel, but I hope you don't mind me saying, I found the fast camera movements a bit disconcerting, especially when the camera lens stutters due to the fast movement. I think it could be smoother to be easier on the eyes. OOHH Sorry.
