In this vid, Craig T Nelson and I play golf at Sherwood Country Club in Los Angeles.
This is the first in a series where the goal is to outline who we meet on a golf course. I try and play with as many people as possible where ever I am. You will soon see episodes here that contain what we are calling meetups for lack of a better term - but it is a bunch of people meeting up for the first time on a golf course.
Craig and I have been good friends for a few years now and I consider him a mentor in many ways. You can see that we joke around but we have a lot of serious conversations too and I feel very lucky to have gotten to meet him and continue to get to know him. Craig T. Nelson is a class act. Surprising him with the camera you could tell he wasn't quite sure about it but he went with the flow. That and scale goes a long way.

I've never seen bunkers that big, anywhere else before! They're the size of an entire mini golf course! It's almost as if the golf club did it on purpose, so that members always have the excuse, "it's pretty hard to miss them". If you think about it, it's actually a sympathetic design aspect to enhance our positive experience. 😎 Quite beautiful as well
It is amazing how many cool people you can meet on a golf course. Just random folks all striving for perfection and knowing we will never get there....

Better watch out in that brush my man..Plenty of Pacific Mountain Rattle Snakes...I worked there at the turn of the 2000s..And if anyone saw one,any of us who worked on the crew,we had to radio it in and it would be destroyed..And i told Craig T.Nelson about it and he was not happy..Can't blame him either.I was the only white guy on a crew of about 50.
99% of the time Im cheering for the guy next to me but I have every once in a while smiled when someone hits a terrible shot.
