Hello po! Salamat po for watching!! Sa first check po ng Vat Refund (meaning before the check-in of baggage or getting your boarding pass), hindi naman na po naginspection ng items...however, they require or inspect kapag you are buying 10 or more LUXURY items (watches, jewelries, bags etc) on case to case basis..Ung experience po namen, no inspection na coz hindi naman po maxadong madami ung nabili namen hehe..Hope this helps po! :)
