I think they say stand back to make room for passengers getting off ,but yes with PEDs is not really necessary ,love the sound of the 1996 stock has a Gerry Anderson sound about them something you could of heard on thunderbirds or joe 90 😊👍🏻

The announcement and the sound of the train announcement is just amazing
Its good 😁
I agree the announcements are amazing
The most iconic sound
The traction motor is why it's my favourite train
Yeah Met-Cam really did make amazing motors for trains.
The best thing about Westminster station is that the eastbound Jubilee line platform goes directly under Big Ben
Cpr1234 I never knew that
Very interesting fact, never knew that.
what
Interesting, wonder if u go to the platform when Big Ben dongs, could u hear it
Wow
Love that sound at 0:53
There's a reason why London puts barriers on the tubeline
Can you not make this about Wilbur Soot, this is simply a video about the Jubilee Line at Westminster station.
There's a reason, they fail
Wilbur is now ruined in the public image, let's just stick to the trains

No

I wish we had a service like that in Nottingham. All we have are metro tram lines through the city
Still wish your self lucky, bigger cities in England just have buses...
that the north and south divide for you
Personally, these doors make rail ststems look more like sideways lifts than railways.

The train announcement may say "please stand back from the platform edge" because it may not open. It happened to me.
