When you spoke about not becoming bitter with your trauma I felt like I could relate. In these past few years I have really been in a "why me" mind set. I have been trying to get back in the go getter mind set I had in my early 20's.

I’m so glad you enjoyed your weekend, you deserve it! Also, give it 2 weeks and you’re going to feel amazing without Instagram it’s honestly the best decision. & whenever you are ready to try again for baby #2 try doing prenatals for two months and folic acid, I really do think it helped us.

Idk if this is accurate because I’ve never went through a pregnancy but I feel like if the next one is more planned, that you may feel like you have more control from the beginning which could help with those fears of what could go wrong. Obviously still there, but you can work on your optimizing your health to the fullest before hand in order to make things hopefully a bit smoother.

Love to see that you’re on a sourdough journey!! I love baking sourdough. One thing though…. Never put your discard down the drain. Even if you use water to flush it out. Over time, it will build up and act like cement in your drains. Big mess.

I have Instagram… I’m not on it except for once in a blue moon. I do find that I get overstimulated. It makes my mind race in a bad way. I tried following only things I wanted to see and shortening my following list. Instagram just pushes content on you. So now I just don’t go on there. I don’t find myself missing it at all.
I totally related with so many things you said. I deleted my instagram a couple months ago and am still feeling really good without it. I occasionally feel like I’m out of the loop but I’m slowly caring less about that lol

You look so vibrant and healthy in this video. So glad you’re doing better and you’re happier. I’d love to quit social media but it really does have you by the neck. My IG went viral for a year and I went from 3k to 195k and now I feel like I can’t just quit but I also have a weird stage fright like I can’t post whatever I want anymore either.. it needs to be “aesthetic”. I’m really annoyed about it. I thought of starting a second one just for books like a bookstagram but I don’t really want to start another chokehold. Lol.
Bitterness about your experience is so natural an emotion for us humans. Your experience, however, may have been someone else's path; your experience was along for "their" ride. (Thinking in this way helps me temper my own feelings with more perspective.) ❤

You go girl!!!👏👏 I deleted Instagram 2 years ago. The main reason I deleted Instagram was that I was scrolling too much and I realized how everybody's "perfect" lives made me feel down.. And I also felt like it was one big ad and I all the time felt like I needed to buy this and this and this that other ppl had. I'm glad I quit and I don't regret one bit! So I'm proud you did too! 😁❤️
Also wanted to tell you that I like how you are reflecting on yourself (how you feel about wearing used clothes and how you want to change that, how you don't want advertise your "fav stuff" etc) 🥰

Long time watcher here! A great resource that I used when I started making sourdough bread is a book by Bonnie Ohara called Bread Baking for Beginners. She walks you through how to make a starter and proper caring for it as well as a lot of bread recipes. I suggest it! Also, remember, its a LOT of trial and error. Good luck! Its a very rewarding hobby. Happy Sunday

Please know that there are multiple of us on this platform that have been with you through good and bad and we wont forget about you and your brand just because you dont post day to day life on silly Instagram. You deserve and made your way up here for a reason and there are people that will always support you. I am the one that is afraid of the world, not having the control and having Instagram and even using it to do some branded deals it gave me false idea of being important. So much better without it.

The last time you filmed one, it gave me an amazing purchase idea that my boyfriend and I have used daily for the past 8 months- which is the salt lamp nightlight. Would LOVE A FAVORITES VIDEO. 🫶🏼🩵🌺 I understand where you’re coming from but ALSO remember: you are not Instagram. You are a creative, authentic millennial RUclipsr whom I appreciate.
