You’ve inspired me to start journaling, as a mom of 2 boys my thoughts and brain can quickly become disorganized and chaotic I forget things very easily , hopefully finding a way to write them down will help. I loved coming home to watch this video after church! I enjoyed the “end of year intentions” chat and it made me think that I want to do something like that. I also kind of relate to what you said about letting go of trauma, I haven’t dealt with much actual trauma this year, but I have had lots of life changes and transitions that have put me in a sour mood/negative mindset sometimes. I want to do better at accepting what has happened and living with it rather than consistently resisting it. Thanks for always putting out wonderful content, Renee!

But just an fyi because I was worried about my baby socializing and thought I had to get them in a playgroup asap, if you’re doing it strictly because you want him to socialize, studies have shown that it’s actually better for baby to be with parents until closer to age 2! But baby will of course still be fine and have fun in daycare/school 😊

My daycare provider broke my arm when i was a baby, because she didn't realize that my arm was in the bar and she lifted me up causing my arm to break. Always check baby's limbs when lifting them from the crib, never tug when it won't come out.
You have absolutely the cutest little boy I have ever seen. Do you give him a whole lot of attention he never we never see him very much and he is adorable to look at
The term 'victim mentality' makes me cringe because sometimes there is a victim in given circumstances (e.g. abusive relationships that need the victim under the illusion of fear). I wish we would use the term 'unconscious' because really i feel that's a better definition. Becoming conscious of an unconscious thought pattern and becoming aware. No shame energy included x
