2nd process is not safe, if anyone knows how to change the permissions then anyone can access it. 1st one is better & password protected.

Mr Ravi or what ever your name is...In the 1st process, initially while putting the Password you put 4-digits number i.e. 1234, but while opening you placed 3-digits...why..??? And how it opened ?

Right-click the folder or file, then click Properties. Click the General tab, then click Advanced. Uncheck the Encrypt contents to secure data checkbox.
