Family reservations for 13 in July. 1, A group photo. 2, An agreed upon sit down reservation per day. 3, Papa Has to have time with Grands, and nephews. The most I've herded was 6 in the past, so this will be an experience.

@@kayyoung444 My Army son-in-law leave was rescinded 2 days before he was to fly in. ): 12 of us had a blast. All of the meals we sat at 2 tables next to each other, except Yak and Yeti where it was one table. The major issue was Cinderella Royal Feast where the majority of the group were behind railings etc and Could Not See Cinderella. They would not let us move. although nobody's within 10 feet of viewing room. We got Awesome group pictures as well as smaller groups through the parks. No, I cannot pick a favorite! One of our group got a Rise boarding pass, but only for 5, a cast member was awesome and enabled the rest of the group to go. The computer doesn't work well with the group being in multiple rooms. The consensus amongst the family is that I did an awesome job of planning and I am happy. Thank You.

We did this on our last visit. My sister and I went one way and my niece with her husband went another way but we would meet up for lunch or dinner. No pressure.

Great tips. We actually did all of this when we went in 2016. Still going to have some meltdowns though. Just be prepared...

I’ve led big groups three times. Did most of what you suggest. Does make a difference whether you’re leading newbies or returnees. Newbies usually want to do as much as possible whereas the returnees may wish to spend more time in shopping or special activities like Bibbidi Bobbiti. Boutique. Noticed you didn’t say anything about fast passes. I always make sure to get them as soon as possible, just like our dining reservations. All my groups generally split up after dinner - some returning to their rooms, others repeating the day’s favorite activities and enjoying the night time spectacles. None of my groups were interested in the parades. Wanted to take advantage of shorter attraction lines during parade times.

How to visit Disney world with a large group of people.... Don't (personally couldn't cope with going with a large group myself) it would stress me out unless it was a case of "we're doing this park your welcome to join us but please also go do your own thing"

Hi,. Margeaux. Probably no large groups in my future, but I still enjoyed your information.

I agree with you Margeaux. I'm a bit of a people pleaser as well. I always worry if my parents are having a good time or not when at the parks. To be honest I think my parents are getting tired of visiting Orlando which sucks for me because I am anything but sick of that place. I think I just need to spend some time visiting other places for now and find other friends who would be interested as well.
