I have been active viewer/ subscriber to your channel for 4 years. Your programs were literally a life-raft when my family separated after 19 years of marriage. I tried to catch every episode. The paradigms presented in your shows played a positive role for years right through the divorce which was a lot more positive for me and the kids having imbibed the substance of your programs.

You do much good for many people. I feel like I am just getting started with all this and I feel it’s so late in the “game.” I am 70, male, never married, retired and tired! Luv U ❤ I plan to hang in there and do the best I can; it just seems a little late sometimes. I don’t like going out to eat alone, and I am, since the Pamdemic in Mexico without a kitchen or women to cook and here they don’t have many Can goods or TV dinners. I could talk your ears off. I’ll stop with that! 😂

    Summary of tutorial by Anna
    1. Anna focuses on manipulative tactics used by women to control men, emphasizing that manipulation is harmful and should not be condoned.
    2. Anna lists 10 manipulative tactics used by women: using emotions to guilt, gaslighting, silent treatment, playing the victim, withholding affection/intimacy, manipulative seduction, jealousy and possessiveness, emotional blackmail, financial manipulation, and undermining self-confidence.
    3. Anna acknowledges that some of these traits are also found in narcissists and that manipulation often stems from insecurity and past trauma.
    4. Reasons why women resort to manipulation include insecurity, power dynamics, learned behavior, fear of abandonment, lack of communication skills, control issues, and emotional or psychological struggles.
    5. Tips for dealing with manipulation include recognizing the signs, trusting instincts, setting boundaries, open communication, seeking support, prioritizing self-care, considering professional help, and, if necessary, ending the relationship for personal well-being.
    6. Anna encourages viewers to share it for support and recommends other videos on narcissism and relationship issues for further guidance.

    Good Video Ana.
I've noticed that many toxic women will also avoid being called-out by using the court system against the other person. The person that I was dealing with would always joke about needing to get a restraining order against people of her past, which should of been a red flag. They will use any avenue to silence the other person, including threats of a false restraining order. The best defense against people like that is no contact, its the only way to heal.

This is good content! The therapist/social worker/psychologist/etc bias is 100% real. As most women are unable to acknowledge their flawed behaviors. Be it in a personal, social or societal setting. I've been conscious of the double standard in messaging for a long time. It's what got me interested and looking into what women consider "sexism" or "inequality" nowadays. It's a lot of bs! Even how they portray the past is extremely skewed. If you put effort and want to honestly try to white knight for feminist issues, you will find out that women lie to themselves, other women and will almsot never hold themselves accountable. All that to say that after being conscious of the hate and lack of consideration given to men, I got red pilled. The family I was told I would have, the more or less healthy relationship on which I would base my life and had been working for seemed not only impossible but an emotionaly unfulfilling financial trap. The female social worker looked at me like I was talking about "reptilians" or aliens. Anyway, I ended the help relationship early. Didn't see the point in confessing/sharing my anxiety and distress to a woman straight out of the super leftist sociological/humanities departmen. I could feel the unease, the condescending attitude. She was chalking it down to dilusion, online radicalization, weakness, social akwardness and mysoginy. The bias is real. Reality isnl neither fair nor juste nor well balance. It just is. I hope men take more interest in becoming therapist/etc so men have someone to talk to.

Very much real. My ex-wife checked every single one of the mentioned on that list. The therapist in the session always came at us in a biased way. Words were used to make me seem to minimize my issues while maximizing her concerns. I quit that bs before the 3rd session knowing what I was being set up for. Created a perfect excuse machine for her to add to what she wanted to do anyway. Divorce. Got back in the gym, school, hobbies, and yes just me. I feel like a new man. I bond with my son, and live life for once. Not worried about fear of being alone or any of that. Just build a better me for me. Negative out positive in.

Possibly, I am not a psychologist. However the many correlations I see daily in the observable behaviors of women suggest that malignant narcissism ( as self love) may be an intrinsic component of womens psyche? If you study the Five Factor model of human behavior, "Trait Neuroticism" from the acronym ( O C E A N or C A N O E) ) is a dominant feature of women. Could it be that narcissism generally is a component of this Trait Neuroticism. Does the female obsession with cosmetics and designer shoes also tend to support this idea? I don't know, but it is a peculiar and dominant behavior not found in other species. Where are the barefoot lassies?

    Dear Anna:
What an interesting topic. I am not exaggerating, I have experienced pretty much all of those in just one relationship, except for maybe, depends on how you look at, bad communication. Most of the women who do all of the things you mentioned, usually are nonstop talkers, and they view themselves as great communicators; which is as we all know, part of their narcissistic behavior and personality. Also,I believe if a woman does two of these things, it is best to run, because she will do them all. I speak from that thing called personal experience. Just saying.
How are you, Anna? I hope life is treating you well. Your eyes looked beautiful in this video. I hope you have a great week and keep doing great work. Hug and a peck on each cheek, may God keep you safe and healthy.

All of this came to a head and I realized how foolish I had been for years. I started confronting her, telling her how disrespectful she had been for years. She wanted examples... and I have literally hundreds of them. But, I picked some of the worst ones to make my point painfully obvious. Well, some of these incidents she claims she doesn't recall, even going so far as to say I am having false memories.

For the past 13 year's I have dealt with ( The Pied Piper: bread crumbing, Gaslighting, Narcissism of the Twins on horse back! Lol ) the very dysfunctional behavior and including your related article's you have mentioned and I have learned from them! Thank you. She and I live in different parts of Ontario, and I am living in Toronto, in the "friend zone" as to where she is concerned Lol. This has been a unfortunate, misfortune for both of us! It is what is, we are both big enough to definitely handle it and moving on as friends. We will keep in touch still and I hope that she wishes me the best of luck! As God knows I wish her the best! I will be leaving Toronto, Ontario shortly in 2023, and relocating to Victoria, British Columbia for a new career opportunity! I am wandering and interested, and thought you might have some experienced ideas or pointers as to what the prospects of the type of women in the City of Victoria and women in the smaller rural B.C. town's out side of Victoria and Vancouver compared to Ontario for instance? Where there differences may compare in relationship to some of the comments mentioned and responses asked in this episode of "Your Wingman"? What I may expect geographically, humanly and emotionally with women in British Columbia? Hope this is not a hurdle for you and that you are comfortable with a response? Looking forward to your expertise in response. I've never been a smoker! All the same you have always left me breathless!

Most women in any given country are largely similar except when immigrating from a different culture, of course. The larger differences are between small, medium and large cities. Because of supply and demand, the bigger the city the more hypergamous the attractive women are even though they're competing with a larger market of other attractive women. As a side note, Victoria is known for "newly weds and nearly deads." It's relatively small population and it being a University city provide a lot of younger women and as the "mildest climate in Canada" it also attracts retirees. Either way, the dating market there is probably "better" than where you are. Hope this helps!

#1. Women do not TEND to honor BOUNDARIES. Some do, most do not.
#2. Set boundaries with clear cut explanations of what they are early on.
#3. Make it clear that there will be repercussions for encroaching on your boundaries. Therefore, make you boundaries FAIR and HONEST to both parties involved.
#4. When boundaries are crossed - stick to your guns and your repercussions. If that means leaving the relationship - then you MUST do it. Don't just threaten to do it.
#5. Always be ready for courtroom drama. Consult a lawyer if necessary EARLY ON. Be ready for the drama especially if children are involved. Don't be JD & AH.

You look amazing Anna and I love the way your hairstyle is little different today and how are you and how is your health now Anna. So, about manipulation from woman, the truth in my whole life so far for the last 29 years I dealt with many toxic womans and girls iny life and even now I'm dealing with a woman who I believe was manipulating me and taking advantage because I shown mercy towards her because everyone mostly the other womans ignored her now because of her insecurities and manipulation. I believe this woman seeks help and wanted the healthy life but however her childhood trauma is one of the main reason she is very insecure and having low self esteem of herself and most of the things she do. I don't even have any clue why she does. She is definitely one of the very beautiful woman I ever seen in my life, but however because of insecurities and manipulation I don't feel any attraction with that woman and I really wanted to help her, but also wanted to protect myself and your ideas will help definitely. I will set more boundaries on her and will discuss things and I won't be approaching her myself but I hope she has to get better and improve herself and believe worth and value in herself. So, this is my story how I deal with manipulation by a woman currently but this woman is okay it's all because of insecurities, trauma and fear of abandonment is the reason she is acting like that way, but the womans I previously known be manipulative are very dangerous and they gaslights and made me guilty for something I never done. So, it will help Anna and you helped me more with the understanding of the woman and the understanding of woman in modern times.

It's true that they way people present themselves can send a message to a partner, friend, relative, co worker etc about what behaviour they can/will tolerate. But to go as far as saying that we teach people ho to treat us is a cop out. It's our responsibility as grown adults to treat others with respect. We shouldn't need to be taught how to be civilised and respectful, we should know that already. Immaturity and/or insecurity can make us act out in harmful ways, but that's no excuse. But to try and blame the victim for our disrespectful behaviour is shameful.

I recently saw a video on the Fight The New Drug YT channel that broke my heart. 😢 A woman in Washington State was lured to California and forced to make pornography against her will over seven hours. They would reshoot scenes when she didn't appear to be enjoying it. She was terrorized, physically harmed, and her family and her community became aware of the porn film she made. She felt shame, guilt, disgrace toward her family, worthlessness, and attempted suicide five times. The severe trauma she went through and the impact on her psychologically was devastating. Though she has found ways to cope and is healing, she is unable to enjoy sex and her marriage dissolved. She said that her husband didn't know how to support her after all of this happened, and they both felt it was better for them to go their separate ways. She's afraid to have children, because they may find out about what she did. This woman is now only 28 years old. Many other women experienced the same abuse at the hands of these monsters. 👿There are so many hurting women out there now who need our support and prayers. Can women who have gone through this kind of devastation ever have a happy, normal relationship with a man ever again? Could these women become manipulators?

Guys, keep in mind that there are 3 things a men provide to women:
    Guidance
    Awareness
    Protection
Are you up to the job? (Women cannot provide these to men.)
Also, take into account that the foundation of all civilizations have basicly relied on the practical virtues of men:
    Strength
    Courage
    Mastery
    Honor
Anna has decoded women for us. Not for you to abuse. So, with the above in mind stop whimpering, and be the man God has meant you to be. At the outset of your relationship with women, when she triggers a signal, set the rules straight. And even if you are in a relationship, it might still work out, for the sake of your love and devotion to her and for the children. If she doesn't reason or gets her act straight, get out fast. There is always another God sent, loving and caring woman out there waiting for you. Like Anna suggested, trust your instincts.

Anna, my ex used all manipulated tacticts you mentioned. My favorite one, was her bringing up old arguments/fights in the middle of the current argument. Some I could not even remember 😂. She on the other hand could name the specific date and time. I was so done with her, that I ended the relationship. You know what she did behind my back after the break-up? Sending messages to all my friends and my entire family. Basically informing them, how bad of a person I was. I red some messages and I was in total shock. So, I was so angry that I called her, asking for an explanation. You know what she replied. "You destroyed our relationship, so I will destroy your life." Luckily, my family and my friends did not take her messages seriously and said she was crazy. Unfortunately she also sent a message to my employer, I got to answer to my boss. Basically, she wrote that if he did not fire me, she would send a labor inspection. He did not fire me but asked me to control my crazy ex. I applied for another job and was hired. Now, I can laugh with it, but at that time, I was so mad at her. "No reason to hit a woman, plenty of reasons, you just do not do it." Cfr. Bill Burr. She was a narcissistic person. In the beginning, very sweet, but over time she got more controlling. Unfortunately for her I did not give in and always arguing. If I would go with my male friends to see a basketball game, she automatically assumed I was with another woman... and so on. Trying to cut me of from my friends and family. None of my friends liked her. Oh when I told her I was done with the relationship, she said she would end herself, because I was the love of her life. Waterworks, begging not to leave her... I learned a lot.

A woman gave me 2 chances to date her. Should I apologize to her for me ruining the relationship or move on?

She gave *you* 2 chances? You must change your mindset. Right now you assume she's the prize. Decide if YOU want to give her another chance. Does SHE meet your standards (beyond the physical)?

This is how some people parent, including mine, when they DON'T use spanking!! It turns out withdrawal of affection in children is WORSE than spanking! (Garry Richardson) All of these ways are used Equally by both men and women, although financial abuse is most commonly used by men against women without independent income.

What a mine field of mental gymnastics Anna 😂. Why can't men and women just act normally and show each other respect? What has this world come too when we have to be on our guard all the time. Sign of not a healthy environment. I am sure this sort of manipulation doesn't go on in the Amish community. ❤

Broken families, broken society, no one is taught how to develop healthy relationships. (I'm sure the Amish have their own challenges, such is life.)

Yes agreed. Chuches these days are light on guiding the young on how to develop lasting relationships for life. We are so conditioned from movies and tv how to treat one another which is why we are in such a deprave state, and seek advice from experts like yourself the decipher the mess we have gotten into. Thanks Anna for your caring attitudes. 🌷

All those attributes are narcissistic actions. The person must be very insecure and with no trust - no relationship. I am happy to stay single and I don't need a woman. I am loved by God and his Angels and that keeps my fire burning nicely! I don't have time for man haters.

      1. Always be impeccably honest yourself.
      2. Make it safe for others to be honest by not over-reacting when they are.
