Tbf he’s only 102kg. Picked speed and dynamism over size. Starting to see quite a few lads like that: Earl, Savea (98kg), Kwagga Smith etc…
Earl and Sam Simmonds are both freakishly fast for loose forwards. I'd like to see an experiment of playing the two of them as centres for England.
I said a while back on one of Rugby Analyst's videos that Simmonds at 13 would be a very interesting experiment but I got laughed at!
@@mrsusan5672 It's probably a crazy idea, but I could see a situation in which one of them comes off the bench and plays centre. Might be genius!

@@mrsusan5672 Agreed. Whenever Simmonds pops up on the wing he's devastating. Definitely quick enough to be a back.
