easy to make homemade fish stock

INGREDIENTS:
* 2 lbs fish heads, carcass, fish bones, or , a combination.
* 1 hand full of pearl onions. Substitute with any onions.
* 6 cloves of peeled garlic
* 1 scotch bonnet chili
* 4 sprigs of thyme/ 1/2 tsp dry thyme
* Rind of half a lemon or lime
* Water to fill the pot of ingredients (I used a 6 1/2 qt pot)
* About 1 & 1/2 tbsp fried onions
* Fried or toasted 1/4 tsp each white pepper corns, and fennel seeds.

Fried onions and fish Broth, yes it's the secret1🤞. I can perceive the hint of the herbs and the natural spice notes and I know it will damp down the fishy smell too. The slurry is very hit. The egg soup, hmm so inviting. Thanks for this Sis.
