    Hello friends, I've been very excited to share this yoga sequence as it's a little different, plus it's shot at the most beautiful retreat in Thailand. It's a gentle enough sequence to do any time of the day. I put it down as a morning class as it may be quite invigorating so perhaps not best to do right before sleep. We will be stretching out the entire body, and experiencing the benefits of the stress-relieving breathing technique (pranayama) 'Lions Breath'. You may feel silly doing it, but enjoy, the benefits are worth it.

    040224 More intense than I was expecting for a morning flow, I was a bit morning stiff after an entire day seated yesterday and a very long night's sleep. But in the end, as always, exactly what I needed to get me mobile, energised and feeling good for the day. The sights & sounds of Phuket an added bonus. Thank you. Namaste.
