    I stopped at every question and first answered it myself and then played and looked at the answer. So happy that they are 90% the same 🥰 i am a fresh graduate and tomorrow is my interview. I am hopeful that i will succeed IA

    I’m preparing for a product ready trainer position in a BPO industry and we were told that possible questions will be scenario based questions so some of these here are really helpful especially in making sure with the structures of my answers. Thank you!

    Many thanks for your video. I'm from Japan. I passed the 1st job interview with the Japanese president of Japan-based affiliate from Germany capital company. Within this month, May I am scheduled to have a final interview with executives of Germany. Thus I have been scared because I cannot answer difficult complicated questions like a native professional in English. I reached this video to pass the final interview. I try to memorize your suggested answers.

    It's been 2 weeks. I've been watching your videos on a daily basis because I had two interviews to attend. Luckily, I passed the first interview yesterday for a teller position, and I've been sent the offer letter today. But I've not decided yet because I'm having another interview on the way next week for the position of accounts receivable Specialist and according to the advice I received the interview will be a scenario and excell based session, so I'm waiting to see the best offer in case i got the offer for the accounts receivable Specialist. Thanks a lot for the contents, and I await to receive your usual advice in the best approach to follow. Thanks, and once again. I'm proud of u 🙏

    Suppose your supervisor assign a work and he is very tough guy , he don’t have much time and clarified the task but when you’re working on that u start facing some problem and then u went to meet your supervisor but as usual he is busy with some other work and told you to meet him on next weekend but deadline is near. You don’t have much time to wait for next weekend. How do u think to solve your task within a timeframe ?

    You are the Dental Supervisor for the mobile dental clinics. It is mid-winter and the driver for one of your mobile dental clinics notices a warning light during their routine morning circle check. The driver is running behind so s/he proceeds to the work site for the day to meet the clinical team. At 3:30pm that day, your clinic team for this mobile dental clinic contacts you to inform you that they have lost all power and the vehicle is not drivable. They appear frustrated as repeated preventable vehicle related issues have been happening.
    How would you handle this situation?

    For the question where the manager ask you to do something against the organisational policy, after answering in a professional way, what if the manager still insist on you doing it?

      You then need to say in a professional way, that you feel uncomfortable doing it as you know it is against the policy, is there a reason why they want you to do this?

    Except the last scenario, I have faced all others in my work and had followed exactly the same solutions you mentioned.
    For the scenario where manager wants us to do against organizational rules, if he/she is not convinced with our alternative route, I would still stay away from it though it hurts my manager. Because ultimately it's company to which we are serving! Any other suggestions?

    In the Oil and Gas industry you absolutely can't go against company policy and do the job without the training. For example to do analyses in the lab you have to be signed off. If your manager asks you to run a test that you were never trained for you have right, more you must to say no. Other wise you risk your job and your manager job. The answers really depends on where are you planning to get a job.

    I'd thought that scenario-based questions were much harder and more technical or “Business Analysis function-based” than this. I was thinking scenario test was more of project-oriented.
    I however noticed that the answers proferred did contain elements or qualities of a good business analyst so I guess it is ok.

    Hi reached I have a Question mcq. Based HR scenario based
    There are two employees of the same position working on a project. However, the team leader only gives work to one of the employees and is not giving it to the other team member who is unhappy about it. As the HR of the company, what will you do?
    Options
    A. Change the team of the two employees
    B. Speak to the manager and understand what is the issue going on
    C. Keep only 1 employee with the manager, and release the second one
    D. Suspend the manager for this behaviour

    I guess it depends on how stupid the rule is, but I dont understand the last one. 8:35 Your loyalty is to the company, not to the manager. If your supervisor is breaking chain of command by disobeying a rule, why dont you protect the company first? Note: a similar scene was shown in Mad Men, but in that case the guy who "snitched" on his boss took into notice some personal background that was not putting the company in danger at all, so it was totally inappropriate.
