I loved 'The Raw & The Cooked'!! I can have a shitty day, then see one of these and it brings a smile. Kudos to cast and crew - keep them coming!

We only shot with him for one day! But we'll see what we can do to work with him in the future. Thanks for watching!
Eater you've done amazing works and make a good interesting food culture related, keep up the work!
I CONCUR! Such a great series. and only from one day?! amazing.
Thank you! Our video team works hard to make content that will please everyone!
We shot from 9am until 7pm! Most of the work was done in post production to sift through all the footage and make decisions on how to create theme and narrative for each.
What will really blow your mind is that we usually shoot Dinging on a Dime at 8-9 different locations in 3.5-4 days.
I actually drove from NYC to Rhode Island for an Agent Dale Cooper. When I got there, they changed the menu to a Big Lebowski theme. I was in heaven, well worth the trip.
Alton will always have a place in my childhood for cooking
I will follow Alton's antics until he or I drop. Alton, if you're reading this: send me all your books, signed!
That hipster's beard is trying just way to hard....
Its competing with his hair for most obnoxious style ever.
He looks like a Fred Armisen character from Portlandia, the show that does an extremely good job of making fun of hippsters...
and that boot tuck...
Haw haw he looks done furny haw haw... he duffrent ta me!
John Smith lol butthurt because you have the same style but can't claim that you did it first or more ironic?
Alton talked about bourbon, coffee, twin peaks, and Jim Harrison all in less than 5 minutes. I'm astounded and in love.
Is it just me, or could Alton Brown pass for Mark Hamill at a quick glance?
Love me some Alton Browne
A visit to the Providence Arcade! Nice.
Third! And LOVE the bourbon and coffee idea! Woodford Reserve is my fave!! Love you Alton Brown!
I am looking forward to good eats return. Maybe RUclips red? Netflix? Crackle? I will stay tuned.
The store with the t-shirts out in front is the HP Lovecraft Historical Society store!
Took a while but I found the quote from Jim Harrison: “If you’ve known a lot of actresses and models, you return to waitresses because at least they smell like food.” From his obit in the NY Times: www.nytimes.com/2016/03/28/arts/jim-harrison-free-spirited-writer-dies-at-78.html?_r=0
It is the guy
I cant believe this doesnt have millions of subs! For me, best food channel ever by far! Keep it up, love from Spain!
I have been a fan of Alton Brown since the pilot of Good Eats! I love how explains the "why" of cooking/baking. He has a peaceful voice and is highly entertaining to me.
Waitresses indeeeed!
John Hayward I actually laughed out loud at that on!
Now I want a bourbon and coffee but it's 8am and I need to go to work. :(
Will, shave that beard please.
Funny that he's a Twin Peaks fan. He's like a cross between Benjamin Horne and Albert Rosenfeld, but nicer
Shoutout to the Johnson & Wales campus in the background
I can’t believe I didn’t know about this I think I’ve seen every episode of good eats I love Alton he even tops Anthony or Andrew so cool
Agent Dale Cooper: Bourbon, Amaro, Maple, And Coffee
DracoRogue1218 I just had that for the first time and it’s amazing
Watching the hipster pretend that he knows who Jim Harrison was at 3:36 is my favorite thing today.
Colour and Tone he's like the Redgrin Grumble of that group, amirite?
+Eamon Burke I can't tell if the irony of referencing a Rick & Morty line used to make a point about not being "sheep" was intended.
Mr. Will, sir, why the silly mustache?? and beard?? I just don't get it, don't know what I'm missing here, but I just don't get it... Love the glasses though
Love the twin peaks reference
Watching this series I *knew* Sarah looked like someone familiar, but I couldn't for the life of me figure out whom.
Like a thunderbolt it _finally_ hit me this episode: Danica McKellar.
3:56 ❗❗❗💯☺✊👌👍✌
if you ever find your self in Edmonton, Alberta you can get your coffee and bourbon fix at the Three Boars on 84 Ave & 109 st. oh so good
Jim Harrison didn't sleep with a lot of waitresses if he thought they smelled like food--they smell like grease and smoke not pot roast and carrots.
there is a coffee shop in Mobile, AL called satori that has an awesome drink called a cold cloudy mountain. great coffee whisky drink
Alton Brown behaves like Bill Murray's character in the beginning of Groundhog Day.
go to Eugene, Salem, or Bend, Oregon! Then come to north D.C. Near silver spring, md!
So where are the scantily clad waitresses? I didn't even know the had coffee.
Alton and his Little Red Book.
Good brandy coffee beats everything coffee related.
As a stay-at-home dad myself, that sounds awesome.
Love the series. Get a stable cam for the love of God.
Oh damn, she reppin Sarasota
I hate face growlers
Missing my birthplace!
I know where that is haha. so good
4:12 when you literally can't even
fourth!!!!!
What is the second ingredient in Alton's drink at 2:42?
FoamKLR Amaro. It's a liqueur.
Amaro is similar to Campari except its dominant flavor is softer and more orange-y than the grapefruit flavor found in Campari
Thanks!

This was not the Twin Peaks I was expecting.... Very disappointed...
Music at 4:19-4:30?
We use APM, an online music library, and it's title is only listed as "Triumphant Fan Fare" and is attributed to David Arnold and Paul Hart as composers.
and the jazz before that?
+MrAdonis258- UFC ppl l
That guy has an amazing mustache!
Some people need to be told their beards don't look good.
