- We're back with a brand new concept that you may be familiar with called Would I Lie To You: Football Edition! The rules of this game are simple: each player has two statements related to a football category-one statement they’ve personally written and one statement provided by our producers. Their goal is to convincingly present either statement as true while the other participants try to discern the real from the fake. Play along in the comments below!

Are we gonna ignore that Sharky genuinely thinks Lampard SHOULD be the next England manager?
Its not a bad shout, Lampard has done well in the tournaments, got us into a final and was unbeaten in groups of the 2021 champions league before sack. He only has to worry about english players and they all respect him so it wont have cultural indifferences like in chelsea. Tactically he is better than southgate but i would take him as an assistant manager for 2026 worldcup and then slowly phase him into main position
