@@genghis_connie Don’t worry, I’ve been following this guy for years- he’s 100% legit 👍 He runs a dog shelter in Serbia, and unfortunately many people there don’t spay and neuter their dogs. So they regularly dump pups right out front of his shelter. Then he rescues them, and finds many of them homes. He’s a hero ❤🥰

Seeing them roam along the road with those vehicles passing by gives me so much anxiety....the most evil people are the ones that can't treat even animals we'll.
You would faint if you came out onto the rez I see around a dozen a week dead on the side of the road out there.
@@balasaashti3146if it is so then why nobody is not getting these strays steralised in ur area? You could also help them get steralised, couldn't you? One step of a person can do miracles. Its the lack of sensitivity that people keep on watching strays get mowed down by vehicles but don't do anything. You can atleast ask your town authorities to help strays get steralised.
@@lgic111 The authorities or the Rez government would tell me "F off bilagáana=white man. They are corrupt as they come, along with that it's just a very common norm here. If you mean sterilized as kill? that's not a miracle but just slaughter. As someone who feeds strays everyday on the rez I couldn't live with myself, getting hundreds if not thousands slaughtered.

The only answer I can give to your question after nearly 70 years spent wondering the *same thing* is that some people seem to be able to *easily* forget the suffering they cause to "others" whether those others are human beings or animals. Do you ever think these selfish jerks might feel differently if *they* were taken to some random rural spot and tossed out of the vehicle *they* were traveling in with no food, no water, no money and no home? Or would they think that *they* were being "mistreated"?
@@JustMe-vk4fnI don't know. Everyone is different. I think you have to be evil to just dump animals and go on about your life. Someone just threw out 3 kittens. With no food or water, in very, very bad shape. I know where the guy lives. I'm in Cleveland,Ohio and we have Goddard's Law. It's a 5th degree felony to knowingly cause harm, pain, and/or dumping animals, and depriving them of food/water. These kittens were covered in fleas. I am not exaggerating. They are in very bad shape. They have an infant and other animals in the house. I've called CPS and the APL, and the police. I'm worried about the child and other animals being in bad shape due to the amount of fleas and filth. That guy is going to pay.
And what about the guy who was taking the drone footage of the pups in the road? Stop filming and go help them dammit!
@@RamenNoodle1985 The footage was from an outdoor stationary camera, placed in front of the shelter. As soon as the rescuer noticed the puppies, he went out for them.
I'm *glad* you called the authorities. It's been my experience in watching news reports over the years that people who do awful things to animals very rarely avoid doing awful things to *people* too.@@PositiveVibesOnly37

Milan is a wonderful, kind man who adores animals. So glad the puppies were dumped outside his rescue centre but to see the little puppies running in the road like that almost killed me.

I LOVE this kind gentleman for his act of compassion.... absolutely. Those were good sized puppies that someone mercilessly dumped to be harmed because they didn't want them. THANK God the plight of the puppies was seen and addressed. There's a special KARMA for the hellions that dumped them.

This is Milan of the Dog rescue in Serbia. People dump puppies outside his shelter because he will care for them. Love his trademark kiss on the head. He's the greatest!

Please tell everyone: IF you SEE OR HEAR SOMETHING or something's not right, CALL for a WELFARE CHECK to a local shelter or animal control or the police. Don't watch it happen, because you are making them SUFFER longer. It is NEVER EVER ok to abandon, starve, abuse or leave animals outside and also, please pass this forward MORE CHAINS NEVER EVER. IT is a law now and considered animal cruelty. I love those puppies so much. I am a rescuer also and love to adopt and give them a safe, loving, happy life

I don’t understand why people can be so cruel to dump defenseless puppies. This is how I ended up with my youngest baby. She was dumped with her litter mates and found- thankfully. Now she has 2 adoptive brothers and a safe home. But I shudder to think what could’ve happened.

Sounds like they got out from a puppy mill. You can hear the adult dogs in the background. Glad they were all caught safe, taken to a vet and adopted by loving owners.

My favorite hen was walking in the road. I saw a car coming and pelted down the drive. She saw him and started running off the road. I had just reached the road when the car swerved and ran right over her. I buried her, and today I was watching this video. It made me cry to see this. Wonderful job!

So adorable how they all stuck together, even the last two hiding in the bushes. I heard a lot of dogs barking in the background. Maybe their mother was there at one time, but was either injured or killed or became sick and died. God bless you sir for your efforts and act of kindness. I have visited countries like Serbia that simply do not have spay a neuter programs at the level that we do in the US. We have so much to be thankful for because in these countries stray dogs are common places and only survive until they starve or hit by a car.
