hi hannah ....i did this exercise today.....its so so fast i did take 2 breaks making them into part 1 2 3 .... just how u do them now..... i even paused few moments to get my count complete..... but man my muscles feel aaaaaalllliiiiveeeeeeee alive....thank u so much.... my September workout list is full of your most challenging videos... n strenches.... i kept 3 cardio 3 strengthen n 1 stretching video per week.... so total collection of 30 exercise vid.... lets c if i can break this record.... it simply feels amazing how i have become stronger each day n making n breaking my own records..... lots of love ..... take care

Thank you very much for the video. You inspire me going back to pilates. I took a pilates teacher training many years ago, when I tried to pull down the machine lying against the wall, there was boxing gears on top of the machine fell onto my head, I was shocked and lost balance, the pilates machine fell onto my head afterward. I was sent to hospital and the training center didn't apologize at all, telling me that I had signed a paper about I would take all my responsibility whenever there was accident, and then I didn't want to do any pilates anymore. Anyways, how much time do you suggest us to practice everyday? Any different amount of time according different age? Thank you!
I’m sorry to hear about your accident. Hope you are well now. I think Mat Pilates is perfect for you to start again. I do Pilates everyday but it really depends on each person, based on their starting point. I’ll make a vlog about how much Pilates is enough :) so please keep watching. The one advice is listen to your body and be patient with it. You can start doing it everyday like I do, but if you feel that your body need a day off then don’t force yourself into workout. :) that’s how I keep my passion with Pilates and fitness in general.
