Hi Trupti, more fat loss videos are coming soon. And also, abs and hips exercises are very important because a strong core will help a lot to avoid injury in cardio workout, and in your daily life. So I believe you will get better result when combining those :)
Hannah do you have experience with working with the plus sized? Can a plus sized person who is a beginner complete your routine without help. I do not see props, or consideration to plus sized people flesh accommodations, chair modifications etc. Imagine someone who is 40, 60 80lbs heavier than you, would they be able to complete a bridge without a prop? Please consider modifying the title to beginner Pilates workout.
Hi Marilyn, thank you for sharing your concern. I do have experience with plus sized people. And for my perspective, I always encourage my students to try the movements without prop first and always listen to the body, play with the movement to really understand how to control the movement and find the proper position/ modification for yourself. And once you can learn to aware of your body movement and what be able to achieve, props can be very useful to support and expand the effectiveness of the workout. This self learning process is really important, esp for online learning because everyone is different. All the movement in the video I have used in my private class before and I give them props when it’s needed. Hope it can answer your question. 💚
I mean this says plus size but my thighs weigh over 100lbs each all on their own. Its not possible to hold them up like she does the entire time. It seemed to me the only real modification was that the exercises were on the floor. But I agree with another person that they are also way too fast. I couldnt complete it--I was in too much pain.
I heard you Lydia. In Pilates it’s not necessarily true that the slower it is the easier it is. And please just do your own pace because the most important thing is you feel good during and after moving, and you are the one who knows your body best. Thanks for the feedback though 💛
It was a great workout but you are really too fast. it was really hard keeping up with the movements. You were on the tenth while I was on my 4th or 5th... Especially when its a plus size work out please be slower :)
Hi ömür, glad you enjoyed the workout! The pace helps keep diversity in the workout and to train our thinking to be more flexible, no worries about completing all the reps. Do what you can, or finish an exercise and skip the next, the most important thing is to feel good during and after! That's a great feedback Reese, thank you for brining it up, and can totally understand why someone would say that! While I'm quite small now, I used to weigh a lot relative to my body size and am very proud of the progress I've made, so do not really feel I'm stepping outside of my experience in making this video. Additionally, I have taught many plus sized woman, and men, Pilates, many who have been my clients for significant periods of time so feel confident in the material presented. And, also understand the importance of active experience for some people, for that there are many additional great resources. Hope whether if it's with me or another instructor you find some workout that feels goods and helps you be active. Am always here if you have questions though girl and thank you for the feedback 💛

It’s a good workout, but the distractions take away from the calm and serene atmosphere you look for during a Pilates workout.
Check out other videos on the channel. Sometimes I filmed outdoor so it’s quite hard to control it. Keep me posted
