This is a really great workout! I am recovering from a back injury and have sciatica, and this helped me a lot! It was not too intensive, and just the right amount of challenge to get my muscles warmed up and stretched and strengthened all at the same time Keep up the good work on your Channel! great class first 20 minutes are cardio then toning so much fun this is the only,pilates I can do everybody else is boring
