    Love this work out Hannah. Great for high calorie burn with low stress and impact. According to apple watch, Calories burnt: 182
    With average HR of 105BPM
    Maybe not 400 calories but since I am 5fl 3in and weigh 117lbs, it works for me. Thanks Hannah.

    Hi Hannah, yay nice new format 😀 I like the voice over like this more actually, it gives you (and I as an audience) more focus on the moves themselves. I hope future vids will have the same format like this, coz I really like your workouts ☺ Thanks Hannah!!

    Oh dear, such a challenging workout! A year ago I wouldnt have been able to complete it but since March I have been working out with you almost every day and today I managed this routine :) What a feeling afterwards :)

      Wonderful Ale! Pilates is best taught in-person, I always recommend people do at least some studio work if its within in means, it's great to see you discovered this combination on your own! Regardless, way to take time for yourself and workout 💛

    Amazing workout as always. I cannot skip a day without you lol. I can't thank you enough. I'm down 5,2kg in just 4 weeks doing your workouts . My waist is getting tiny all my jeans are gaping at the waistband😳, my legs are so toned and my cellulite is disappearing!! I'm your fan❤️❤️❤️

      Ann Tews she is younger then us I have to keep that in mind also. And I have old injuries that haunt me now. This workout was super hard I didn’t achieve it either so don’t feel bad.

      Dear Hannah, my update after over a year of practising Pilates with you. Today I did this cardio workout and felt so much stronger than a year or even 6 months ago! Just incredible! I used to sweat so much every time I did this workout, barely being able to finish it 😃 and today almost no sweat and not out of breath. So much more control over my core and back. Amazing!     Intense! Feedback: I like best the videos where you narrate while you are doing the poses since it flows better. The hip raises on the side were my favorite here. Merry belated Christmas! 😂❄️

    Thank you Hannah for excellent very effective workout. I have been working with you for 5 months and now i reach my ideal size and perfect shape. Moreover I don’t have any neck, back or shoulder pain after long lasting operations like laparoscopic rectum cancer operations (4 hours). 🥰😘

    The movements were a little fast, but I’m glad you remind us to go at our pace. I’m now recovering from the after burn. Eventually I’ll be able to actually lift my bum off the ground 😂 #pilatesgosls

    A good core born and stretch but nowhere near 400 calories. 172 calories.

    You should go deeper in those mountain climbers by bringing your knee to the triceps and touch.
