Dear Hannah, my update after over a year of practising Pilates with you. Today I did this cardio workout and felt so much stronger than a year or even 6 months ago! Just incredible! I used to sweat so much every time I did this workout, barely being able to finish it 😃 and today almost no sweat and not out of breath. So much more control over my core and back. Amazing! The movements were a little fast, but I’m glad you remind us to go at our pace. I’m now recovering from the after burn. Eventually I’ll be able to actually lift my bum off the ground 😂 #pilatesgosls
