Fun fact I learned about the Dragon's Fury is that its projectile is actually two distinct halves. One is large and causes afterburn on anything it hits, and the other, much smaller one is what actually deals the upfront damage.
that ending quote is real as a fellow flank connoisseur, i recommend using the back scratcher with pyro, since youre mostly not around friendly medics and dispensers. the hp you get from hp packs with it is crazy and perfect for the flank playstyle, and you already got extra mobility from the detonator/jetpack
When your flanking you become somewhat like a shark singling out stray targets and killing discretly. Also gotta love the dragon’s fury for its destruction capabilities due to its base damage being extremely high for buildings
Some of the most fun I've had in the game is quickfix pocketing a maniac flanker. Not always effective BUT. It's a lot of fun helping sustain a good troll.
my fav thing to do in tf2 is get to the enemy spawn as spy and hide in a bush or far away or something and then, just once per player, shoot players from far away and then cloak so that they look around confused trying to find out who's shooting at them. i have 3000+ hours in this game
Thats why i put a sentry on the third point in badwater. No demo expects it. Not even my jump buddy when i got autobalanced,i am still laughing to this day.
can you do a video on the airstrike, i think that weapon can be powerful but no one uses it. i think doing the base jumper floating crap/holding down left click rather than aiming your shots isnt the way
You know Any splatoon player (that isnt new, or doesn't know to check the map to REMOVE BEACONS, PLEASE) knows about sharking I mean spy's do it all the time But not demo knights often
the only time i dont like "flanking" is when some fuck goes spy and saps my tele entrance. Its sorta tolerable when a demo does it because i atleast see them, prepare myself to know my entrance will just die, or hope my warning to my teammates will help put him down i guess? but with a spy, he's just going invis and w simulator for 2-4 minutes Just to sap my entrance. I will either spitefully equip eureka effect or stay on pyro and m1 anything and everything i see because im a petty bitch

9:20 Looked frame by frame by pausing and using [ ] on my keyboard That pyro has the thermal thruster equipped, so he flew up to that spot to fight your demo while you were checking outside Your demo has the loose cannon equipped, and pushed the pyro back toward you through the doorway using the grenade knockback You can see his boots flying through the doorway at the top of the frame at 9:29
9:20 Pyro segment: "Can someone tell me where this pyro could have come from?" Demo segment: "People never look up" Hm. Wonder if those things are related somehow.
One of my favorite parts about getting behind (especially as Scout) is that half the enemy team suddenly decides "fuck the objective, I have to kill this guy NOW" - especially after they've died a couple of times. Nobody ever seems to think "if I ignore the idiot behind us, I'll be more of a help to my team".
i disagree alot, "ignore the guy behind us" well excedpt hes just gonna keep killing us since no one ever just hangs out behind the enemy team you stating they chase you after dying a couple times disproves the "less helpful for hte team" leaving a flank unsecure is foolish , granted of course having half the team achase after a single scout is detrimental
Yo No Offense But You Look Like That One Friend That Goes On Side Quests On A Tuesday. Thats A Compliment And Love Yer Videos. Ya Should Never Stop Pumping This High Material Stuff Dude!

Yay he uploaded! Btw, what’s the mod/whatever it is you use to enhance your reload and weapon animations? They look clean and I would like to use :) Edit: nvm I found it :D
Is that Rayman OST I hear? I can't remember the exact game's name but the music used, at least in the beginning, sounds like it was in this one Rayman racing game. It's been so long since I've played it, idk what it's called.
I pretty frequently will top score on Badwater with Loch and Load, and Sticky jumper pretty much just from destroying all the engies buildings, and not actually getting many kills
This flank is why I hate Badwater (among other issues with the map I am not gonna get into). It is just a straight line to Red's spawn, and then they have the choice of jumping around this random open space to the left, which idk why is even there, since it serves no purpose. Or go to the right where no one in the game goes to till the 2nd point has been captured. You, as the Red player have to go through such great lengths to deal with this one annoying flanker who have these open spaces to maximize being a prick.
“There’s no mechanic in any game that’s as satisfying as this” are you including titanfall movement, grapple hook and sliding around the map, preservation of momentum. Or is that hyperbole
I'd love to get into these shenanigans, but when my pc laggs so badly or my ping is ridiculous timing for some of these is unfortunately off the table😅 one day 😊
Flanking is probably my most favourite thing to do in any game. It’s always because you just completely confuse the enemies when you pop up from behind. Especially when doing it as heavy since he’s the slowest class. I guess he kind of acts like a snail. Yes he’s slow but the moment you look away then look back he’s gone!
“There’s no move in any game that’s as satisfying as this” you were describing the MARKET, not the MOVEMENT sure the movement is great, but there’s other games that have great movement, like ultrakill for example
1: Get behind enemy. 2: Remove almost the entire enemy team by yourself. 3: Wait for your team to win the game. 4: Wait for your team to win the game. 5: Wait for your team to win the game. 6: Wait for your team to win the game. 7: Wait for your team to win the game. ω: Wait for your team to win the game.
Sometimes i can just go unnoticed and i just realize that im a demo on their last spawn and we havent even capped the first point Edit: not even going out of my way to flank, it’s just that battles dont exist where i am for a solid minute
I never liked movement, specially when it's way too fast and incredibly hit on the receiving end, especially soldier, as a 2k hour sniper main, it's not that I think movement should be super restricted, like it feels amazing when I hit a flying demoman,or soldier , what I mean movement can be a good mecaninc when it's fair like scout.
My preferred flanking is still with Spy, it's pretty much the usual thing sure, but it's funny how many people you can hold down to be distracted by placing a shot or two in the back and then sneaking away. Steal a backstab here and there if you can, if not no big deal, harassing an Engineer's teleporter is always the goal in my eyes. Forcing their team to walk can be a bigger reason for the others to get invested, then you've got people switching to Pyro just to try and sniff you out. Even if they kill you, you get to keep a headcount of how many classes it took to screw in that lightbulb.
the problem with flanking on casual is that because you are not holding the front line. 99% of the time your team will lose the point while your trimping in the backline like a doofus. Which is incidentally the same reason spies on your team make it so hard to win. You would need to be killing like 80% of the team for it to be Worth it. but of course if you do that then your teammates will push out and meet up with you and you will no longer be on the backline, since the Frontline came to you. Either way is pointless, specially with a weak class like a demo knight, it's more effective with stock demo. But to be honest at that point just push normally from the Frontline, I feel you misrepresent how important territory control on TF2 and how awful it is to not help your team with it. You might be having fun in the background but everyone else is probably getting flanked because you are not there to hold the Frontline.
He just wanted an excuse to play hybrid knight on upward.
Can’t even deny it…
@@SeaRaviolidid you try eyelander with sticky jumper? I guarante you it's a blast once you get the hang of it
Im a spy/ demo main my self 70% of demo time as hybird knight/ demoknight and i love upward as ot great for both if my mains

Thank You Goose, Very cool!
This is why i put my sentry near where it can watch the flank
the dragons fury contract made me hate the dragons fury
Same, but now I love it, it's basically direct hit for pyro
He doesn't upload much, but when he does it is always a good video.
i love the dragons fury
Loose Cannon + Tide Turner + Scotsman’s Skull Cutter = Endorphin Overload!
The dragon's fury is a great weapon. You just got to know how to use it, which is exactly what you do here. Wow.
10:47 He almost died with that arrow!!
The dragon's fury should be renamed to "hell catapult"
I was watching your video without realizing you where in my game awhile back
what is the music called that plays at 1:18 ?

Casual too if you preload them. There are plenty of guides on RUclips. The animations are made by Kylul on game banana

I just tried quake and it's as or even more satisfying as tf2. Try it, there is even the original there
this video is based about flanking, BUT it never mentions spy.
Getting f2ps to flank is an impossible task. Every single match of badwater the new players flood the tunnel and die.
Was this dude involved in a drama? Cause how tf does he not have atleast 100k subs
