Each kilo consist of about 7000 calories and he lost 4.5kg per week which means he had a calorie deficit of 30,000 calories that is around 4500 calorie deficit per day.
Now think,is it feasible in the long run?

actually I’m working on shift basis.. shift changing four days once. So I don’t have proper regular sleep..also I need follow to vegan diet because I have allergies from long time almost years.

That's about 30 kg weightloss in 7 weeks which amount to 4.5kg a week.
If you are loosing weight this fast and on a consistent basis,there can only be two conclusions:
1. You are lying either about the weightloss or the time frame.
2. You are a superman,because normal human can't loose 30kg in 7 week on a consistent basis.

It is not a problem at all because long term it is helping.
@@anupamkaramchandani you can even loose 1kilo a day if you want to and on longterm it will still be healthy. Just remember on average a healthy humanbody has 100,000 calories stored as fat/muscle. So even if u dont eat for 10 days and be in deficit of 7000 calories a day u will loose 1kg per day bodyfat(mostly)
