I'm new to Tekken. Been playing for 2 months. This is the first time I take a serious look at someone playing Devil Jin. Looks pretty cool but honestly Jin's moveset just looks more appealing to me. More fluidity, options, etc Cool set though, I enjoy watching Devilster's content to learn more about Jin and have only recently begun to mimic his combos. Thanks! (I have some videos on my channel which I would love to receive any sort of critic on regarding my gameplay, it's how I improve!)
Jin is hard for beginners, both play very differently. Jin is reactive and defensive, short range for most moves besides ➡️4️⃣. devil Jin is offense heavy with lots of mix, less demanding execution wise and you get good damage and results sooner
@@fahadmalik8862 So far I haven't played any female character seriously. I've only played Kazuya and Jin so I'll pick those two as my favorites. For females, I'd go with Kunimitsu.
Atif's Devil Jin is so clean and fundamental. Obviously an inspiration to me and the other three Devil Jin mains out there. Also, it's sad that no matter how many jabs Atif stuff into his combos, Devil Jin can't reach a wall to save his life. It takes skill and balls to play and to be effective with such a neutered character.
Atiff is probably saving him for tournaments to not let people know how he plays him, although Devilster has a couple of vids where he destroys some akumas
@@soap8049 the Zen stance cancel removal is a huge blow to Jin's potential, it's arguably the only thing that makes him so much appealing and enjoyable to play. Being forced to pick a move in Zen stance sort of makes him a little bit bland and less interesting imo.
I feel like Jin in t8 with what's shown so far is neither gonna please dvj fans such as myself and neither is it gonna please Jin mains. Honestly, pretty bleh decision by Bandai Namco.
Dvj is still playing tekken 5 dr while jin is playing tekken 7. One character is outdated and nerfed severely while the other has kept all his tools. Dvj lost his most scary options in the last few patches. Dmg off his wall combos , uf4 not giving knd anymore, and b4 being a inconsistent move for oki. Still playable but you’re working way harder now

RA scales based on health, lower health=higher dmg even on combos
