Once you play good people or you watch skilled people play KAZ in high ranks you realize he has little to no tools it’s all 50/50 with KAZ.
That's always been Kaz, few tools, high risk high reward style
From my understanding he maybe has like 3 key moves that make him competitive - but they’re so god damn good that it makes him transcend

I'm in TMM's age bracket and I got exhausted just watching this. I used to play local tournaments in my youth but stopped after T5. Crazy to see guys like TMM still playing at a high level and keeping up. Tekken OG's are a different breed.

For starters, TMM doesn't even know you can cancel the 3,1df by double tapping back, the craziest(arguably) tech you can do is 3,1 loops and you never even see him attempting it at all. Before you mention the connection, I have a video with various instances of me doing 3,1 cancels on a 1 bar connection.
The comboes he does(outside of the multiple dash electrics) are quite basic and don't really show what Kazuya is capable of(and the efficiency greatly decreases when you throw him to P1 side... Find me a clip of him doing dash electrics outside of Heat or PEWGF).
The choice of punishment is not spatial awareness specific(opting for 112 at the wall when he could have done B1,2 or 1+2 for a splat) and his approach to MU is the same for all characters so his gameplay hardly changes, therefore you can't tell what advantages Kazuya will have against his opponents.

He lost so many rounds with low kick at the end. When jin life is almost done, TMM has a habit to go low everytime thats how the guy knew to block.
Because d4 used to be -13 for a long time
Now it's -15 so you get a full combo if you block it

tmm is youtube first and tekken second now, hes tired easily, and his moves are readable. Devilster fought with world champions in almost daily basis as hes in the same country as them, the difference in experience and move layers are in the large margin.

A recommendation for ya mainman, if you're playing people that are across the world or far away from you, you should switch your rollback setting to either prioritize fluidity or standard.
56:15 i played around that combo for about 30 min and my best combo i can do is 111 dmg wall to wall no rage art lol of course i didnt do it in ranked , but you can do so much stuff with jin lol crazy, awesome best of 10 incredible kazuya and jin!

Crazy set, thanks for the high level play!! Thing could have gone either way with how these matches were going. Wondering how this would play out on a local connection. BTW I was wondering one thing, TMM doesn't use heat buttons for armor and to deny some pressure when Kazuya is backed against the wall, is that an option? Just a scub here, so probably missed something?
