No energy means NO energy, as in cannot stand up let along use knives and hot oil. I have Multiple Sclerosis and actually thought I found a simple recipe. This is so much more than "cutting an onion" 😢

Like using 1 tbsp of dark soy sauce, using 1 tbsp of peanut butter, and instead of adding salt to the bowl, I added some to my pasta instead. I added some pasta water to the bowl too and god damn was it good. 10/10 loved it.

I just want to note that black and rice vinegar are VERY different in flavour. If you want a more authentic Chinese Sichuan taste, use black vinegar. Rice vinegar is sweeter and will get you a different flavour.
And if you don’t have the energy to mince garlic, buy a jar of minced garlic at your local Aldi. Fresh is always best but I use the jarred garlic in nearly every meal I cook. Tastes great and low effort.
Or when you have a little extra time mince some garlic with a little oil and store in the refrigerator ready to use when needed. Tastes better than shop bought and cheaper 😊

It's just that you have to clean those things out immediately and very well to avoid the garlic smell sticking around. But you can make months worth of prepped garlic in one go

Edit: this is what I found online, "To reduce this risk of botulism, the garlic in oil mixture should be refrigerated and used within two to three days. Garlic-in-oil should always be discarded after two hours at room temperature, even if salt and acids are present. Commercially prepared oils have added acids and other chemicals to eliminate the risk of botulism, but still must be handled carefully and correctly."
Avoid adding so much oil instead add A teaspoon or so of normal temp oil all the sauces seasoning green onion and microwave it for 5sec stir add your noodles and if youd like microwave it for more 5 sec they turn out amazing ❤
