@@KNAPickups OK, thanks for the quick answer. I am thinking hard to get me one, especially since this one can be fastened with screws unlike my removable one at the moment, and it can be unplugged due to the loose cable. Both big plusses since my present pickup has the tendency to move when strumming and the cable is an unremovable part of the pickup.

You'll either have to turn it around with the 1/8" jack facing upward or just place it closer to the bridge as is if you're left-handed. Only knock I can find with this pickup is that it was built primarily with righties in mind:::sigh:::otherwise they would've redesigned that jack so that it would be in a more neutral position when plugging the cable into it. Not a deal-breaker for me, but something for Kremona's R&D staff to ponder in the meantime:::wink:::wink:::

Hello Dev, thank you for the note. The SP-1 is build with real wood casing and have a mahogany top plate. As far as i read from the dimarzio webpage, their magnetic models are made with plastic casing. Never had the chance to try one of their pickup though.

JohnCranberry23 Hello John, the SP-1 will only pickup the magnetic waves from the steel strings. It is not appropriate for nylon string guitars. KNA though offer other cool amplification pickups for classicals.
