    I like the minimal poke look and the flush (more of a function guy but can see myself doing a show car when I can afford more than just a daily) but being in Germany and my daily I don't think I can do that on my '05 Fiesta ST150
    Even flush might be hard as even on 7" wides with 45 offset and 195s I have something in the papers saying I might have to pull the fenders out a bit "bEcauSE sPAcE"
    Especially on the rears I don't know what they're talking about, with my current 6.5" 42 offset with 195s (winter wheels) there's space for days lol

    Just put on DR57s and went flush on 2021 STI...had to raise it up almost an inch to drive normally. 18x9.5 +38 is legit but you need to have about one finger gap to drive normally, especially with passengers.

    I had no idea it was called poke. I just called it track stance. All my cars are setup like that. I have it where my wheel is sunk into the tires so if for some reason I don’t see a curb the only thing that touches the curb is my sidewall and the rim is safe. The rim sits flush but the tires just poke out a little bit from the fender. Even my Escape is setup like that 😂

    Q, or confirmation for the guys in the know. I have used the fitment industries gallery, and want a functional, no rubbing poke + rolled fenders and mild stretch on a new set of wheels & tires. The car has coilovers that will drop the car by 0.5 - 2.5" with adjustable dampening. If you have an AWD car, can you have wider tires in the back or not? Looking to put a widebody on my 99 eclipse GSX but I think the rear of the bodykit is wider than the front. 🤔

    • @roli710
      @roli710 2 года назад

      Wider tires on the back are usually for rwd car and you won’t get any traction benefit like they would with a staggered set up

    • @FitmentIndustries
      @FitmentIndustries  2 года назад

      You can! But you may risk messing up your drivetrain if you are not within spec tire size. Make sure to look through our gallery and consult with any homies within the GSX groups/forums to be certain! -Edgar

    Do you think 18x9.5 +24 offset wheels with 255x35R18 tires would fit good on my stock oem 03 350z? Or would there be scrubbing?

      255 sounds a little thicky in my opinion, however check out the gallery and you'll get an even better idea as to what people are running! Heres a link. - Edgar

    Ive got slight poke on my 3g eclipse and apart from slinging water/mud all up the side of my fenders and doors I gotta say driveability is on point. Well as on point as a 3g can be anyway. You can polish a turd but its still a turd.

      Yup got it up on your gallery. Got AVID1 AV28 that are 17X8. Figured not many people use 3gs as a project and they are kind of the blacksheep of the eclipse family. So i took it as a challenge to make it actually look good.
