This song really hits me. My father was a pastor and Christmas was alway a big time of year for us. Ever since I lost him (going on 6 years) Christmas has been hard. I have my own family now and try to just find the joy... but it’s still hard. Christmas carols were always mine and my dads favourite. I love you dad, and I miss you

Eric Champlin and to think if article 13 goes into effect than we might never be able to see another music video from them since RUclips would most likely be forced to be shut down and possibly even google if article 11 is also put into effect making searching sites like google have to pay anyone whose links are clicked on which would eventually put them out of business as well

None of the Holidays are the same anymore, as they were when I was a child. So many of those I loved are resting in the grave, and all I have are the precious memories. I no longer put up decorations anymore. NOW I find I do not need those trappings anymore anyway. I discovered that the LOVE of family was never wrapped up in the Holidays. It was just the time of year people had off from work to get together and enjoy each others presence. The real love that bound us together was our relationship in Christ Jesus. The Love in Christ is all year long.
Christ was really born in late spring or early summer. So really Christmas time is a pagan holiday. I guess it took losing some of my friends and family to teach me this lesson. The love we share lives on, and we shall be reunited again at the Second Coming of Jesus Christ.
This song does remind me of persons physically gone from my life, and it is a beautiful song. It is sung with such feeling, and so beautiful are all the harmonies. Pentatonix's music is like is like spiritual sex for the ears--not a physical lustful thing, but an awakening that is more orgasmic and more exciting than anything I can imagine. It is so soulful, so musically pleasing to the ear, it excites my brain, wakes me up, soothes my soul--lifts me up--sets me on a cloud of joy. There are very few groups who can sing like this, and bring this kind of joy to my ears/brain! Thanks so much! God bless you, thanks for making your music available on RUclips! I am so grateful! i think i just realized how big of a vocal range scott has, he does the frickin bass notes in hallelujah but there are some songs he goes super high in, he doesnt get enough credit for that
