Crazy to see it actually worked out. Of course there's still more hurdles to overcome but managing to actually open a real shop is huge!

I'm taking an English class and we just read an essay by Paco Underhill on the Science of Shopping. (Written late 1990's) His business, Envirosell, is to help retailers be successful. I wonder what advice he would have for a service/retailer.
