I am genuinely willing to bet money the majority of people using services like these are going to be drop shippers who finally have services to help them look more legitimate on Amazon, etc.
I'm a designer myself, and when an advert for a logo generator came up on Facebook I decided to give it a try and see what it came up with. I tested it with a company name and clicked a few preferences and got my results. Pretty generic. Then I went back, changed the name but kept the preferences, and the results were almost identical but with the name changed. It certainly didn't generate new designs, just added the company name to the stock logo shapes. Not what they claimed in their ad at all. Also, this is a great channel! New sub here!
I think the funniest thing is the AI tool isn't replacing freelance grahic designers it's replacing free clipart assets. A photographer also pointed this out why ask an AI for a field of grass and most likely have to type in the prompt 20 different ways to get a realistic-ish field of grass. When there are free pictures and videos of this already. It is replacing those readily available free assets rather than freelance photographers. Now in house is very different and is a shame because we will just get much worse designs and photography by the use of AI which is inherently derivatives.

What the hell I was halfway through the video and I realized you only have 99 likes?????????? I thought this was a popular youtube video with its quality.... Wow. Subbed.
Tbh as a stupid non-designer dude, some apple logos looked sick, that 10:57 (on the right) sure may not be simple but it rocks. Maybe it's a clipart but I never seen it. As a first logo it could be way worse
As a graphic design student i can say im in no fear of AI taking over my future job. It just lacks any form of critical thinking or creativity. I am never opposed to AI imagery except for when it is sold or used as a whole product. It is a springboard, to get ideas going.
I too can't believe your channel isn't in the millions. I'm being quite literal, I actually thought this was an extremely popular channel! Got another sub. We'll get that mil someday!
Humans have almost no reason to use AI if they are at all self respecting of their work and effort to learn a craft. I am an artist that refuses to create my own logo and branding without AI. I don't care if is shit, at least I can trademark it and not get in trouble for plagarism.
Yeah, but don't pay for these. It's not even good image generators. If you don't have money for a designer, use generic stable diffusion/bing/Midjourney and express in great detail what you ~want. Then remove thee background. The result would be worse than from a human, but its free, then you can change it yourself.
But it ignores the fact small business never hired designers before anyway. They went to companies that would give them a list of pre made options. That cost most of the time cheaper than this and at most $10 -$20 more than this. And at least they had a human make them and other humans to filter the best ones. Some will even do it for free as long as you buy business cards or a sign.

As a brand designer with 20 years of experience, I can say that AI will never, I said NEVER replace Graphic Designers' jobs.
I think that companies are going to try, then fail because the logos are horrible, then come back to brand designers
You are delusional. AI will only get better and better.

this channel is so underrated
underrated not just because its well produced and well spoken but because it really shows how horrific and bland AI art is
you are right underrated is better@@nora_.
Your channel is extremely underrated.. subscribed!
the microsoft one looks pretty good (for a dungeon synth album)

That was the only decent one out of the bunch, but the rest of the options were terrible
I really liked apple with a waist, unique in a bad way, lmao
amazing video, truly displayed how underwhelming and boring AI generators can be
Agreed. If it's not plagiarised, it's probably boring
The web needs more only fools and horses memes.

I unironically like Thy Microsoft 😂
Take the crappy low-rez logo preview they're trying to sell you the high rez of, and get some free AI to uprez it.
I wouldn't be surprised if Google made their current logos with AI
The left logo at 5:24 is Microsoft if it was Frasier
How do you have so few views
𝕸𝖎𝖈𝖗𝖔𝖘𝖔𝖋𝖙
Literally the same font! 😂
now try stable diffusion
i did, its was ass
But it's a good option for a small business - that's way faster & cheaper than contact to freelance designer (which will use AI anyway)

It also looks like some of the wording on there is done by a damn computer (flipping AI for sure). Modernism kills as I always say
