I was a junkie for a long time and listened to it to keep going and not give up (life, not the drugs). I finally did give up the drugs, and my life is so much better, but if I am in the need of some musical inspiration, it is this song that I put on.

I got a book of the personnal stuff and memories of Bono where he says that he got such annoyed with his suicide and terrible made with Michael that it took him 3 years to write a song about it ! I lost my father to suicide 18 years ago and not a day goes by where I don't think about him. Every time I hear this song I can't help but think of him because it always has seemed to me that he got stuck in that moment and wasn't thinking clearly. He was the last person on earth that i thought would be capable to of doing that. It's a long way down to nothing at all.
my father died in natural causes he will never commit suicide forgive me god to say that as i am only his son, but he created or the world a human like me suicidal started they said even before the time of my birth. in surviving years i seldom visit his grave but whenever i do ,there seems a message that i should take it easy and enjoy life or love myself.it was him as i never learn from him when he was still alive but his love pours in his death on how he live his life full and free all the things he enjoy when his only son ptsd.anxiety.depression panic. fear he never have one of those.but i knew his life on earth was a cure at least whenever i visited him

Esta canción es la única que me esta ayudando en sobrellevar el difícil momento que estoy pasando, mi novio me acaba de dejar después de 4 años de relación, y estoy al borde del colapso. Algunas personas a veces no son sinceras aun despues de conocerlos años, pero te daras cuenta despues es lo mejor que te pudo pasar , veras que luego conoceras gente hermosa, que lo de todo, que te haga sentir que eres completo. I lost my father to suicide 18 years ago and not a day goes by where I don't think about him. Every time I hear this song I can't help but think of him because it always has seemed to me that he got stuck in that moment and wasn't thinking clearly. He was the last person on earth that i thought would be capable to of doing that. It's a long way down to nothing at all.
my father died in natural causes he will never commit suicide forgive me god to say that as i am only his son, but he created or the world a human like me suicidal started they said even before the time of my birth. in surviving years i seldom visit his grave but whenever i do ,there seems a message that i should take it easy and enjoy life or love myself.it was him as i never learn from him when he was still alive but his love pours in his death on how he live his life full and free all the things he enjoy when his only son ptsd.anxiety.depression panic. fear he never have one of those.but i knew his life on earth was a cure at least whenever i visited him
