Thank god I found this video thank you for sharing your recipe my boyfriend is Mexican and I’ve never made authentic Mexican food before so I was looking for some good recipes to use so I could make him dinner
It is simple. Yes, now that I'm retired, I do everything from scratch, kill time. Like, use dry guajillo chile's instead of tomato sauce, but it works and delicious. I'm going to get simple. You can also make a big batch and freeze it. I'll try already made chicken. All is good.😊
Thank you! I made this last night. -This has the perfect amount of spice. I decided to make my own tomato sauce because I'm extra. I paired with homemade beans & Mexican rice. (& I got too lazy to make tortillas). I will definitely make it again!
Okay I’m just sayin I just tried this and definitely spicy but I LOVE IT it’s perfect. I was like I can handle spice and used the whole can of peppers and the spice level was high and wonderful! Thank you for sharing this!
I usually make alot more sauce than chicken and when the chicken is all gone, I crack some eggs in the leftover sauce ( the sauce is almost at a boil), and cook the eggs in it. I don't really even stir them..I just give them a bit of a poke to break the yolk. Another whole meal and no wasting the sauce.
If anyone has time to answer this.. it would help. Thanks I’m advance. So Im going to make it with 2 chicken breasts how many tomatoes should I buy? And how much chicken broth can I put when I blend it? Also Im going to make it in the morning, and eat for dinner so do I just put it in the fridge when it cools down then reheat it when I have it for dinner? Or should I just make it closer to dinner time?also I am cooking for a family of 6

Stephanie Zaldivar I’m going to do it rn. Since you don’t add the sauce till after the chicken is cooked I’m going to leave some plain chicken for my two toddlers and use the sauce for my husband and I
A child should be able to eat this...when making the sauce maybe use 2 Chipotle? It's usually not spicy like u think it is...it just gives it a nice kick into it.
Instead of adding plain water to the sauce add the water you used to cook the chicken to give it more taste

@@projanitor90 it just has chipolte in adobo sauce and some added spice. I can eat just the sauce with bread after everything else is gone.

Could I cook this in a crockpot?
i’m sure you can. Let me know how it turns out. 😊
How long do you boil the chicken ?
Awesome! Thank you.
Thank you had 30 minutes to cook and made this
You should make the sauce with tomatos & not canned it will taste better, the same water used to boil the chicken you use to add to the tomato sauce
Thank you very much!! Quedo exquisito 👌
Think I could use ancho chile powder instead of chipotle, cause that's all I have.. 🤔
A Lost of ingredients in the description would help a ton
Thanks for sharing 💞
So delicious!
Can I do this same recipe without the chipotle peppers? I have a 5 yr old
Stephanie Zaldivar I’m going to do it rn.
Diana Morales I have a 5 yr old that’s why I was asking if it spicy
Diana Morales so your saying use 2 chipotles out of the can correct?
