also wanted to note, in my case--2001 mistubishi montero sport--the rubber gaskets connecting the Ujoint to the transmission has been completely dried out and shredded to bits. This is causing the vibrations and shaking in my car around 30-40MPH at 1500 RPM. Will be ordering the rubber and removing driveshaft entirely so i can install. Will update as soon is job is finished. Will most likely also lubricate the U joints and see if this eliminates my problem

do you have to replace the driveshaft if the ujoints are going bad? Are they separare parts or all in one with the drive shaft? 2007 328xi bmw??????

you can buy u Joints separately and install them but you will have to pull out the entire driveshaft

I have problem cause i feel vibrations when i accelerate, but i also think that my engine shake a bit when i switching off, maybe even when i switching on, can it be that engine shaking can be also from bad drive shaft?

Check your harmonic balancer and engine mounts
