Rina Hoshino is the coolest bass player ever. In addition to jazz, blues and funk, she also plays rock and occasionally heavy metal. Japanese women can do everything!

These Japanese Female Jazz players are fantastic. I saw them in Perth and was really impressed with their talent and the groove that that they create.. Another impressive, Japanese female Jazz band, checkout the Jazz Avengers, an 8 piece thats world class.
