I think for the fans of the show watching them from start to finish, it’s cutting us deep. We seen Erica through all her ups an down. We seen safaree when he first entered the franchise going from this happy go lucky guy to this emotionless empty man. It’s a real shock 😳 It’s like Erica actually changed for the better and safaree went from this amazing funny guy to this cold man. It’s scary. Man I had high hopes for them. Especially because in the beginning they both were glowing and looked so happy. I felt like Erica really deserved that happiness after all she went through. I was proud that safaree was that for her. But to see it play out and end like this, I’m so heartbroken for her 💔 truly I am. I also feel for Safaree I think something over the course of the years really changed him. We might never know what was his turning point. But to see his character change so quickly and not in a good way, is disheartening 🥺 I wish them both well ❤and I pray they try and protect there children from this.
I suspect that Safaree* does feel emotion for Erica, but he shuts everything down so he can leave and abandon the person he loves first before they can abandon him. I also think that he doesn't like being a husband and father and discovered that he also did not like being a parent with Erica. Her personality 24/7 and the reality of marriage wasn't for him. It was much easier for him to abandon her first before the other way around, and that exterior emotionless response is how he does it. He needs to go to serious therapy.
