Crazy amount of scanning is important but i think the teammates communication is also key in locating other teammates. You cannot see that in a video i guess but for me hearing my teammate asking for the ball definitely makes me aware of their position. just my opinion :)
Okay so I just had a game of football on a 5v5 turf pitch and I watched your video before the game. I'm not even gonna kid. I was amazed when I applied your tips in the game. I'm pretty shit at this game and watching this video alone improved my gameplay so much that I couldn't believe I could play so good. Basically I ruled the mid field today for my team. I was connecting the forwards so well just by scanning the pitch. I was bad at recieving the ball though but I guess I'll only improve with time. I have zero experience in the game and I made such great plays today and my passes were not on point but my vision was. Thanks for making this video man. I'm gonna watch this video before every game now. And also I'm supporting city this PL because I am in love with debruyne and his skills. Mans a monster
My coach said to look at low level football matches (still the professional league's though) because you can see the basics of how soccer works. He said that people from really good teams like Barcelona and Real Madrid could get away with a lot when it comes to positioning.
