I used this in 2018, but my students did not regularly use my online classroom resources. I look forward to using it again now, post COVID-19, as we are transitioning to online instruction. Thank you for sharing the resource!
Google sheets has changed a little In Google sheets ... the "publish to web" has moved in the dropdown menu. File Share Publish to web I also read this somewhere "Publish to the Web" feature no longer works unless "Share" feature is set to share to "Anyone with the link" ... I'm not super tech savy, so take this advice for what it's worth. Also, there is a note on the Timeline.knightlab website: If you get an error message referencing an "Invalid Google URL," please review the above instructions. You must use the Google Sheets URL from your browser's address bar, not the one from the "publish to the web" popup. Hope this helps a little, I'm still ironing out the kinks myself. When I previewed, my pages were out of order. Meaning Info on Line#3 was the first page. Not sure what I did to get that. And my photos didn't show up, so I don't know how to fix that.
This is glorious, I have been researching "what should an implementation plan include?" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Biycarlett Astounded Builder - (do a google search ) ? It is a great one off product for discovering how to download thousands of business and project management templates without the normal expense. Ive heard some great things about it and my neighbour got cool results with it.
This is awesome... thank you! I'm curious, but do you know if it's possible to tweak the timeline so that the most current things appear first? Basically reverse chronological order?
I'd like you to use Google Forms link on your videos. So you could centralize your users comments by topic and see suggestions, questions and more all organized.
I'd like to know how to create some buttons with specific functions on G Spreadsheets. I'd like to edit some datas then click on my custom button to save the datas in a kind of timeline. So I could visualize the increase and decrease of some groups in my personal budget list.
+David Nunes I keep a list of all questions left in the comment on RUclips as often either me or others reply. I really want this channel to be a community of users working together and helping each other. Having the questions in the comment section allows everyone to join in that discussion. Thank you for your suggestions. Glad to see you engaging in our community here on RUclips.
I have tried to use this template several times, but unfortunately I have never been able to publish. A message keeps flashing "Unable to read your Google Spreadsheet". One reason may be that I do not have a "Use this Template" button on my Google Sheets page. Any suggestions?
Hi..m really trying to do something very simple, and that is...how to reformat the cells in a sheet..height and width...and also, if i copy an existingsheet with the right size of cells...how then do i clear the contents of the cells..im just not seeing that..i hope you can help..thank you!
Hiya, if you're copying an existing sheets, simply selecting all the cells before tapping on you 'DELETE' button will do the trick. You can adjust cell height and width by clicking on the entire row or column (1,2,3 or A,B,C) then click right and select 'Resize' this will let you resize the column and row in pixels. Hope this helps!
I want to create a custom form with facility to add images which is linked to sheets. Any app or easy to navigate form which is editable and viewed from any mobile device. Thank you

+David Nunes this should be possible rather with a combination of different functions or in apps script as a custom line of code.

Hey! They changed the instructions. Check the website, you have to publish it a little differently.
