Inhumane behavior at Titanic Royal even towards a one year old child! I love Egypt, especially the Red Sea. I'm from Germany and people in Hurghada often address me in their native language because they think I'm Egyptian, but I'm Kurdish. Why is this hotel a disaster? Well I've been to Hurghada three times, but the last time it was Titanic Royal and the biggest disappointment. Starting with the fact that we missed our flight to Germany due to the Corona measures and a lack of organization and communication from the hotel representatives because we suddenly didn't have the requirements after all or that we didn't even go to the reception one night with my pregnant wife and a year-old son, because we are suddenly "non-paying customers" because our time has expired, or that we are asked, d. Leaving the hotel even though we were quietly sitting on the couch in the huge reception area, we then had to spend the night opposite the hotel under a tree in the dark night fresh weather, unsafe on the street, hours later we asked for a blanket, which we didn't get, right down to all the mosquito bites or whatever bug bites it was on my son's one year old body over the night, it's all just awful. Of course you're reading this and not thinking too much about it, but what if it was your child, your vacation and your family? I hope that if you haven't paid yet, please don't go for this filthy... There are enough hotels and after reading this you don't have to support this one "Titanic Royal Hotel" as well. Even the police treated me inhumanely and confiscated my cell phone for two hours on the street because one of the hotel staff said that I have evidence on the cell phone that can harm the whole country with tourism from all over Egypt. Only when I said ok I'll delete it and we don't want to leave please, only then they gave me my phone back. Since then I understand the people of Hurghada City much better that they condemn the government as corrupt... For 2 weeks they treated us well because money came, when we had no expenses there the shit mask fell off. Here in my country in Germany, Titanic Royal and all the scammers from there would not help you in the face of me either. I will not forgive you for this!
